Chapter 8

Two Months later

"Liam!" I yelled.

"Yea?" He asked walking into the kitchen with a box.

"Oh there's that box thanks." I grabbed the box from him unpacking new kitchen utensils and food. Liam grabbed some of the food out.

"Where do you want the applesauce? Cupboard, or fridge?"

"Cupboard, thanks, and I'm all set if you need to leave."

"Yea, I have to meet the guys at the airport."

"I'll miss you."

"I'll miss you too Cass, but we're just leaving for a week, we're just going to Hawaii for a couple photo shoots and interviews."

"I know, I know." I hugged him and gave him a peck on the lips, I pushed him lightly on the shoulder. "Now go so you don't miss your flight."

"Ok, then when I get back I can help you paint your new house."

"Thanks, now go." I smiled. He gave me a quick kiss and left. I watched as he got in his car and drove away.

I decided to take a break from unpacking. I sat down on the couch and pulled out my cell phone I got a text from Zoey.

From Zoey:

Just said bye to Harry :'( I'm gonna miss him

I wrote back.

To Zoey:

Just said bye to Li too. Don't worry they will be back in a week then you can snog with him as much as u want. ;)

I waited and then got another text.

From Zoey:

Ok thx ;) Want to go to the mall later, 12:00, we can grab lunch. Aubrie is going but Brooke has a family thing.

To Zoey:

Ok sure! :) I'll be there, but I gtg finish unpacking. Bye

From Zoey:

Ok :) bye.

I set my phone down on the table and got up to go grab another box from the front door where Liam left the rest of the boxes. I grabbed one with all my stuff from when I first met all the guys, while we were in the hotel. I walked upstairs and sat down on my new bed. I grabbed some of the t-shirts Liam and everyone got me and put them in my dresser. I pulled out a picture we took from the time we all went to Sky zone. I put it in a new picture frame. And set it on my nightstand. I grabbed an envelope out of the box. There was nothing on the outside that could tell me what it was. I opened it. There was a little note inside.

Wasn't sure if you wanted to see this but I think you should. I decided to try to wake you up, I'm not sure if you will ever read this but if you are, I really think you should look at this.

I remembered that night Niall woke me up to show me something, but I never decided to look at it.

I took everything out of the envelope and took a wrinkled paper out.

Dear Cassidy,

This is your Aunt Karen, you don't know me because I'm sure your new step father hasn't told you about me. I'm your new step dads sister. I wanted to let you know that you have some new cousins too. One is a boy about your age named Liam, and his two sisters Ruth and Nicola. I hope we can meet soon, I really want to meet you, I hope you got this.

That must be a coincidence, I thought. I pulled out a picture which looked like it had my step dad and it must be my step-aunt, I think that's what you would say. I pulled out another picture, and their he was, 16 year old Liam.
