Eye color: A dull dark purple mixed with sky blue. 

Gender: Female 

Age: 27

Looks: Shira has reddish long dark brown hair and tanish white skin.

Clothing: She wears a long light grey jacket that touches the floor and she has a short sleeved white shirt that has black skulls on it's top and at the bottom it has black coins on it and her pants are like tights, they look like tights but they are a little bit looser, they are thick and a lightish dark grey color. Also she has dark, almost grey boots that nearly reach up to her knee caps and she has these little brown things that look like wristbands they have a silver ring on each one that holds the leather together. She them all over her body expect her hands, feet, and face there are 3 on her legs 1 on her thighs and 2 above her knee caps  (Hint: They aren't underneath her clothing and they are kinda separated from each other about 5 inches away from each other) and is 1 on her shoulders and 2 on her arms.

Desc: She has 3 black dots (The dots are makeup) under her eyes and she has a purplish black pearled bracelet on her left hand (She's a leftie) and she has a ring that has gold, diamond, emerald, and river in it on her middle finger on her left hand. She wears earrings that have black skulls on them. She wears a necklace that has is white and half black, In the middle its mixed between black and white, also she has a darkish red captain hat and a grey mixed with red satchel, and a iron pirate hook (You know like Harry Hook? He had that hook that could come on and off Shira has that kind of hook).

Personality: Thief, Trader, Independent sometimes, Kind, Fair sometimes, adventurous, aggressive, sometimes keeps her promises, Clever, Brave, dishonest sometimes, disloyal sometimes (Depends on who she's talking too and what mood she's in), skillful, and strong.

Story:  Shira was born in London, England she was raised to be a merchant, she wanted to be a pirate Captain T. (Captain Jack Sparrow's father I forgot his dad's real name). One day she wondered off and ran into a kid she asked for his name and he thought for a moment, Jack Sparrow but before his dad cut in Jack gave her a pearl bracelet but when his dad cut in he threatened to kill her so she ran back to her parents Evelyn and Vence OceanSoulColt. But one day she saw a pirate escaping from London's guards she followed him but he lead her to some docks she lost sight of him and home. Then a man named Gibbs came along and took her in before some evil, nasty, lustful pirates took her, he adopted her and raised her until she was 18 she wondered off but was found by pirates they told her to kill Mr. Gibbs or they would kill her and him. Shira lied to protect herself and her adoptive father she said she would kill him they told her that she had until she was 27 to kill him if she didn't they would do what they threatened her. Shira went back home Mr. Gibbs wasn't there she looked for him but then she heard that he was with a crew on the black pearl she was heart broken thinking he left her to join some crew but then he came home and told her that he didn't want the crew to know about her or they would possibly prison her or worse she understood so everyday he would come home to check on her. One day she went away for a couple of hours before she found a tiger cub she decided to name it after her, Shiva (I know walking dead credit goes to them) but she hid her from Mr. Gibbs but soon Shira started dating she made guys miserable but breaking their hearts or skulls depends on how they broke up if the man cheated on her she would break the man's skull and the woman's well, sometimes the woman's skulls sometimes it would just be the man's, or if she didn't love him anymore or just wanted to break someone's heart she would simply break up with them. Soon she got them name Heart breaker or Skull crusher and Shiva protected Shira and Shira protected her they had the names the death twins (Idk).
