There once was a king who lived in a beautiful kingdom. The king's name was Elijah and he was the strongest, bravest and most powerful king of them all. His kindness and bravery were known all over the world and his kingdom was the most prosperous because it was blessed by God's Grace. He inherited the throne but that wasn't the main reason why he was crowned. He once had an older brother whom was a monster. He hated his brother and as the hatred for the kingdom became stronger, he grew fangs and started sucking the life out of it; leaving the people damned and hopeless. He envied his brother, because  he was the most loved prince of the kingdom. Even though Elijah's older brother was their mother's favorite, Elijah had the courage to take action against the monster that his brother had become. That was the battle that changed the course of history forever.

Some may say courage and strength are the keys to win a battle but not at all in this case. Even though the prince at the time was both of those things, the thing that he was most proud of was his good nature. Elijah was compassionate and kind but don't let that fool you, he was also wise and very strategic when it came to battles. Because although he was a prince, he was also a warrior and the greatest one of his army. His selflessness and loyalty were admired and still are to this day. There are many legends about his battles, the way he destroyed his enemies with his bare hands and how he used to go down to the river to wash them and pray to God for forgiveness after. Some say they saw when God took the form of water and He washed Elijah's hands and blessed them after.

On the night of the clash, everything happened for a reason. That evening, when they were having dinner, the prince noticed that his older brother had a jewel that he saw the day before that belonged to one of the children that came up to him and hugged him. He asked about the jewel and the monster said it belonged to a peasant girl that he saw along the streets, he liked it and he took it from her. Utterly upset, the prince scolded his brother telling him that we was a prince and he could have anything he wanted, why would he take a peasant girl's prized possession. The night got darker and the prince has had enough of his brothers foolishness. He noticed that his brother went into his bedchamber and took the opportunity to speak to his father. He wanted to discuss what he was thinking of doing to do right by his people.

The great warrior went to the monster's bedchamber with no backup. The room's lighting was dim and colorful jewels and robes were scattered on the floor leaving a trail to a chest where he hid all the treasures that he found on the way back to his castle. Most of the treasures that were in the chest were stolen from peasants, servants and even other royals that came to visit his family or that their family visited. And something that he found even stranger is that most of the original owners of those treasures were found dead days after they'd visited. He called his mother and father so they could see what his older brother had been doing throughout his life. As their parents walk in, the monster walked in too. He was angered yet ashamed that he'd been discovered. Their parents were in shock, because although they believed in Elijah's allegations, they still had faith in their older son.

For the first time in what felt like ages their parents stood up to the horrible older brother and asked him if he had murdered any of the people that he took the jewels and robes from. He remained silent, not saying a word; not even looking at them. The king and queen pushed a little more until he broke his silence and their parents desperately and in shock called their men so they could take him away. Eventually, the older prince was disinherited and the throne became Elijah's. The legend states that the blessed king's soul still roams around the castle giving his wise advise to the current kings, to help them rule justly, selflessly and with God as their priority.
