Bodyguard? Who Knew

I put the lasso across my chest and drove into the woods. I kept driving and got to the edge of our property.

"Well here is where our property ends." I said I turned the quad around then it shut off.

"Well shit" I said

"Why'd you turn it off?" Niall asked

"I didn't" I replied

"Th-"

"Shh" I said cutting him off

I heard a thumping noise and I turned around. I saw a figure of a horse just standing there. I took my phone out and turned on the flash light. It's a black horse.....It's not ours. The horse looked at me and he has a cut on the side of his face.

"Here boy" I said

I started walking towards him and I slipped the lasso over my head. I turned the flash light off and slipped my phone back in my pocket. Then I spun the lasso and threw it. It went over the horses head and he reared. I held on to the rope and I felt Niall grab my waist. The horse tried to pull then finally calmed down.

"Ok stray horse and no ones home. Lovely." I said

"Are you bringing it back to your house?" Niall asked

"Yea. Thanks for the help. Now lets get back on so we can get home and watch movies" I said

Niall nodded and I turned the quad back on. We started going and the horse cantered along side of us. I finally got back and hopped off the quad.

"Niall can you roll that into the garage. Thanks bud" I said

He nodded and I walked the horse to the barn. Turning the lights on I almost gagged. He has cuts everywhere and he's really amaciated.

"ok. Lets get you in this stall and lock everyone up." I said

I put him in the big stall and locked the barn up. Then I ran back to the house and found Niall in the living room.

"Hey you ok Zoe? You look like you've seen a ghost" Niall said

"I'm fine. I'm gonna call my mom reall quick. You wanna make some popcorn?" I asked

"Sure. Uhm wheres your popcorn." Niall said

"Hold on. Let me call first and then we can use the popcorn machine" I said

Niall nodded and I pulled my phone out. I hit my moms name and called her.

"Hello"

"Hey mom" I said

"Hi Zoe." She replied

"You might wanna bring your vet stuff home with you" i said

"How come?" She asked

"Because i found a horse and he has cuts everywhere. He's amaciated. And he looks like shit. I put him in the big stall" I said

"OK. Dad and i will look at him tomorrow" Mom said

"ok'" I replied

I hung up the phone and looked at Niall.

"Popcorn time" I said

"Yea buddy" Niall said

I laughed and wheeled out the popcorn machine.

"Woah. Thats cool" Niall said

I laughed and put everything in. Then I turned the popper thing on and walked into the living room. I put the movie into my x-box 360 and turned that on. I heard the pocorn popping and I dimmed the kitchen lights.
