~Chapter 4~

CHAPTER FOUR Written by hischameleon

We apologizes for the long wait to update for this story.  We have been busy lately and sometime we have writer block.

Stinger? Stinger!" Yuna was running frantically through the burning village.

Not long after Yuna and Stinger went to their respective home, an Explosion was heard. Realizing that the sound came from the east, where, Stinger's was located, Yuna became worried sick.

"Stinger!" Yuna cried out again as she arrived, she stopped on her tracks as some of the invaders began to appear. "Jark Matter..." Yuna muttered as she grits her teeth, bravely, Yuna swung her spear she had brought along in case some might kill her. She finished off all of the invaders and proceeded to go to where Stinger's tent was located.

Yuna gasped as she found a person's body laying down. She immediately recognized who that person was.

Yuna rushed over to Stinger, and as she tried to hold him, her hand was already covered with fresh blood, turning Stinger to the side, she saw huge slash across his chest. "Stinger!" She tapped his face. "Please answer me!"Yuna checked for a pulse and found none, "N—no no! Don't leave me... don't die on me yet!" Yuna begged, with tears running down her face.

"You're my only family I have left! Please don't leave me alone, you were all I could trust...." Yuna hugged Stinger tightly, with tears rolling on her cheeks. She screamed in agony.

Wiping her tears, she stood up, gently placing Stinger's body on the sand. Before she could say anything out loud or to herself, she saw a mysterious figure not that far away from them wearing a orange suit with a scorpion tail. The figure was holding a red-and-blue-colored spear and it's tip covered with dripping blood.

And then everything just went black that night.

~Stinger's Flashback~

"Ah!" Stinger turned back to see Yuna getting grabbed by two invaders, dragging her along the sand.

"Yuna!" Stinger shouted and finished off the goon he was fighting. He ran quickly to Yuna, shoved the invaders that attacked her and stabbed the invader right through the chest as it exploded. Yuna did the same thing with the other one that grabbed her by the left arm. "Hey, you ok?" Stinger had a worried look on his face, he checked on Yuna to see if she had any worse injuries other than being punched.

"Hey, hey, Stinger.. it's okay, no need to worry about me." Yuna said simply, giving him a smile. Stinger was glad to see his friend smile. However, things weren't going well. Everywhere Stinger looked, several dead bodies were laying down on the sand. More villagers are getting killed.

His world fell apart when he found out and saw that his brother was behind this. That his brother joined Jark Matter. Even more when he saw Yuna taken away by a monster that was different from all the invaders.
