It's been couple weeks

I sit in bed just staring at the big oak door in my room sebastian open the door walking in with the tea "my lady how long have you been up." He says opening the curtains "n-not long" I say he hands my a tea cup I sips i he feels my forehead ive gotten sick in the passed few days "you're temp is fine this morning how do you feel." He says "fine" I say "good you're brother will be home soon" he says "oh yes I forgot about that." I say he goes to me closer I put the cup down "sebastian." I say "I don't want to get dressed just yet I kinda wanna just stay in bed today" I say "alright." He says "but wake me up in a few hours before ceil gets here." I say he nods and sits on my bed i look up at him he looks down at me "what?" I ask feeling my ear become hot "nothing." He says "what is it." I say "my love you have to eat something thins morning you haven't eaten in four days" he says "yes I know but I'm not hugery-" he stop me "eat you're getting thinner and you're sick." He says I sigh "fine." I say he kisses me "your lucky I can't get sick." He says as we pull away I smile "I'll have mayren bring in some food for you." He says stroking my cheek and getting up and walking out i close my eyes for awhile then end up falling asleep

I wake up and look over and see a plate of lots food I take it and eat it all I feel a lot better and get up and get dressed i walk out "y/n!" I hear and I'm in tackled in a hug by Elizabeth "Lizzie?" I say hugging her back "oh y/n I missed you so much." She says I laugh "you look stunning did you pick out that dress you're self?" She says "no actually sebastian did. Um speaking of sebastian where is-" I feel a hand on he waist "oh sebastian there you are." I say "you look much better after eating my love." He says I smile "thank you." I say I hear Lizzie squeal "are you too." She says holding in her scream "oh um." "Yes." Sebastian says I feel a slight hotness to my cheeks she hugs me again and swings me around. She puts me down "Lizzie what excactly are you doing here" I say "well since I'm the best at throwing parties I've dicided that I will plan veils coming home she says and pulls me into the main room it's decorated and there's a large banner that says 'welcome home ceil' "oh um wow." I say"I know right." She says and look at this." She says "a party cannon. She pulls a string and a loud explosion explodes confetti I scream and jump and hold on the sebastian I look up at him and smile Awkwardly I turn to Lizzie "wow lizzy that surly won't scare him half to death." I say "at least it won't kill him when I do that but when you too tell him you're together that's sure to give him a heart attack but I have a surprise of my own that will not kill him."she's says "sure." I say Tanaka walks into the room "young master has arrived" he Says "oh yes finally" Lizzie says we all stand in front of the sign as may-ren walks in with my brother "Welcome home ceil." Everyone says "hello." He say he hugs Lizzie and she runs to him they kiss i smile they pull away "y/n was sebastian good while I was gone." He says hugging me I hug back "he was behaved." I say "welcome home bocchan" sebastian bows "good to be back" he says "is here any news I missed." He says damn it now is the time we have to tell him "um ceil." I say "yes." He say my heart beats so fast I hold Sebastian's arm "um over the week sebastian and I um we are a uh." "You're togheter arnt you." He says I nod he groans  "FINALLY!" He says I'm schocked "w-what?!" I say "it took you long enough sebastian." He says " sorry bocchan I had to get everything together" he says "you knew he'd be fine with it." I say to sebastian "yes." He says "just don't let it get in the way of anything." He says "um ceil I think Lizzie has something too" I say Lizzie bounces a bit she hands him a huge box he opens it and blue balloons and co confetti pop out "why?" He asks "ceil phantomhive y/n phantomhive you're going to be a parent and an aunt." She says bitting her lip "wait." I say I scream and run over to her she hugs me i hug her back "oh my goodness!" I say "no way" I say she nods I turn to veil he stands there shocked sebastian walks up next to him laughing "Shut up sebastian you're next!" He says sebastian stops laughing "congratulations big brother" I say "are you happy." Lizzie asks "yes but when did you find out" He says "two days after you left." She says "wow." He says i laugh "wait and guess what else..." she says bringing out th party common Sebastian holds my ears she pulls the string more blue confetti comes out "Theres two!" She says .....
