POV: Hoseok's Dad

I sighed, annoyed due to the stupidity of my wife. Why did I even marry this hag once again?
"Just let them in, honey. Stop judging him, let our son tell what happened and be thankful that he's alive."
Giving my best to sound charming, I put my hand on my wife's shoulder and gestured the newcomers to enter my house.

We all did so, heading to the living-room.
"Please make yourself feel comfortable and sit down." I said to the young boy that apparently saved my son, as I sat down in the red armchair.
"Honey, could you please make us some tea? The boys look quite upset, and I would like to drink some coffee." I looked at my wife who stood next to the door, looking rather upset but nodded her head nonetheless, not bothering to speak.

After my wife had finally walked out of the room, I faced the boys, paying attention to the them as they're sitting in front of me on the couch with the matching color of the chair.
"Soo... Hoseokie. Why are you late for three hours? Your training should have ended at 7PM and it's half past ten by now. Please tell me what happened - if you feel like talking, of course. I won't force you to, I am not your mother." I smiled reassuringly at the end of the sentence.

Silence full-filled the room, although I saw that he was about to talk but stopped himself as he saw his mother coming in with a tray and cups on the top.
It smells like instant tea, again... She knows that I hate that artificial smell.

My son cleared his throat. "I'm sorry dad, but I really don't feel like talking today. I'll tell you about everything tomorrow... But I can say that I stayed at the dancing studio a bit longer to practice a few steps with Jimin. I'm truly sorry but the time has passed quicker away than we thought it would. I promise I won't be that late again without letting you know beforehand. S-sorry..."

I took a sip of my coffee, thinking about an appropriate answer.
"Just stop apologizing. You are human and everyone does some mistakes." My comment caused a small and relieved smiled to appear on Hoseok's face as he wiped his tears away.
"Since I know that you were with Jimin, I am less worried but you said you almost died though." I informed this crybaby who blew his tea to cool it down and my eyes wandered to the strange boy, who was sitting next to him. He didn't say anything the whole time and was dead still.
"Now... You should at least tell me your name, fair head. I won't allow a complete stranger to sleep in my home."

The young man deadpanned at me and spoke with a slurry voice, but somehow still managed to sound respectful.
"My name is Min Yoongi. Thank you for being so kind to let me stay the night at your house. And I think now it's your turn to tell me your name – this is the least I should know as well since I'll be here for longer than a few minutes."

This brat. I like him, he is honest and discreet.
"Jung Woosung." I smirked at him. "And this is my wife Jung Saeha." I introduced my wife while looking at her, sitting next to me on the second armchair. She rolled her eyes and finally talked to the boys.

"Well, Yoongi. You can sleep in Hoseok's room, I don't feel like making the bed in the guest-room. I will go to sleep now, I need my beauty sleep." She said, standing up but turned around one more time before going up the stairs. "The spare blankets and pillows should be in the guest-room, go and get them, Hoseok."

My son jumped up and followed his mother's order quickly, walking behind the blond boy. I notice only now that he wasn't drinking his tea.
"Yoongi, why aren't you drinking?"

"I'm sorry but I don't feel like drinking tea – or anything else after what happened today. I didn't want to be rude."

Why is he lying? I can see it in his eyes that he isn't telling me the truth.
"Nah, it's okay. Don't force yourself because of me. It was a rough day so you two should go to sleep." I said with an honest smile on my lips and informed him. Hoseok appeared in the door way just in time, so the two of them made their way to his room together, leaving me alone in the living-room to finish my coffee in peace.

POV: Hoseok

"This is my heaven and I am the angel. I'm everyone's hope - J-hope~ but you can call me Hobie!" I shouted with a huge smile while spinning around like a kid as we entered my room. Yoongi said nothing, passed by me – completely ignoring what I just did – and sat on the bed slowly.

I sat on the floor in front of him, so I could observe this creature and thought about what had happened about half an hour ago.

"Why do you look so serious out of nowhere? A few seconds ago, you were a fluffy and slightly irritating ball of sunshine and now you look like you had just witness a murder." Yoongi said with a cocked eyebrow.
Should I ask him bluntly? Or shouldn't I? I don't want to be bad-mannered.

"Just say what you keep in your mind. I can sense that it has something to do with me." He said which caused me to flinch.
Can he read my mind?

Having build up my courage, I finally asked him about what has been on my mind since I saw him for the first time.
"I know that you aren't normal since the way you rescued me was impossible for anyone ordinary. Do you have any superpowers?" I asked curiously, staring at him with big sparkling eyes in hope to get an answer.

"No, I don't?" The other one replied, raising his eyebrow.

"So what are you? You can't be a human, we aren't capable of running so fast without superpowers." I crossed my arms in front of my chest. "I am not dumb, you know. Don't lie to me."

"I am a vampire" He responded out of nowhere with an emotionless face and looked into my eyes. Suddenly I saw that the color of his eyes has changed into a beautiful purple.

"And what is a vampire doing here?"

He kept looking at me, giving my a feeling like he was staring inside my soul.
"You believe me so easily?"

"Well... that would explain how you saved me from the taxi."

He smirked at me and finally answered my question.
"I am searching for my soulmate. He is a human being, just like you." In the end, he smirked wider, allowing me to see his sharp white fangs.

"Nice to meet you, human."

"My name is not 'human'!" I whined. "I'm Hobie, I said it before, didn't I?"
My whining caused him laugh, his cute laughter on the other hand made me stop pouting and laugh with him.
