The earlier event seems like did not happened as Xanxus currently is taking his nap with Tsuna on his lap at the little garden he demanded Timoteo to build.
"Xan-Nii!" Tsuna said while looking up at Xanxus.
"Hmmm" Xanxus hummed as he open an eye to look at his Nephew
"I love you!" Tsuna said while smiling brightly at Xanxus.
Xanxus eyes widened when he heard what his Nephew said and then a small smile appeared on his usual frowning and stoic face as he replied in a soft voice, "I love you too, Tsu."
Tsuna giggled while he squished and pulled on Xanxus's cheeks with his tiny hands.
"Whlat rl ufgh dwroing?!" Xanxus asked baffled and with a raised brow.
"Zio, I love you!" Tsuna said while connecting their nose.
"Yoruf awleadry swaid thwat! Sthwop irt!" Xanxus answered back while pushing Tsuna's hands away from his face.
'*sigh* finally!' Xanxus thought when he successfully got his face away from his Nephew's unforgiving hands, even though he can just grab Tsuna's hands away, he can't afford to hurt his little Nephew.
"I know! I just want to say it again." Tsuna replied as he rushed to the exit of the garden.
"Where are you going?" Xanxus asked him while walking towards Tsuna.
"I-i would like to visit the town! I want to see the new place!" Tsuna replied while looking down as he grab his Zio's hand.
"Alone?"
"N-no, Mama will scold me if I go there alone."
"Let's go then."
"H-huh! B-but Xan-Nii don't you have anything to do today?"
"Do you want to go or stay here?"
"Of course I want to go!"
"That's what I thought! Now, let's go!" Xanxus said while walking towards the door beside the garden which is connected to the town. It's his secret passage way, no one knew about it only him.... and now Tsuna.
"Xan-Nii it's so dark here~!" Tsuna whined.
"Just wait a bit, okay!" Xanxus replied back
The two of the walked towards the exit.
"Ahh, Xan-Nii it's been years since we used this path." The 14 year old Tsuna said while stretching, wincing because of the sun's heat and light.
"It surely reminds me of how old you are now." Xanxus said with a reading smirk.
"Wow, the pot calling the kettle black." Tsuna replied back.
" Shut up kid!" Xanxus retorted
" Really?! Earlier you were calling me old and now calling me a kid!" Tsuna said while rolling his eyes.
