Chapter 2

After four excruciatingly long hours of playing games of hide and seek and 'searching' for Jinyoung's mirror, we all decided to head over to Gongchan's house and have a snack before we part ways.

"I still can't believe that my mirror can just disappear like that!" Jinyoung shouted frustratingly while we walked straight to the kitchen inside the house.

I shrugged my shoulders and sat on a stool; waiting for someone to get the food out. I'm starving.

"You never know, Jinyoung oppa. Maybe the mirror was tired of seeing your face everyday," I joked and he rolled his eyes playfully.

"Who can ever resist the charming Jinyoung hyung?" Gongchan exclaimed and we both laughed when Jinyoung started smirking and winking in our direction.

Neither of them moved from their spots, and I was wondering if we came here for the food, or if they both wanted to watch me starve to death. Almost immediately, my stomach started growling and I pursed my lips tightly.

"What is there to eat?" I moaned out and waited for someone to grab or make something so it can tame my noisy stomach.

"Woah there," Jinyoung chuckled and raised his hands towards me, "since when did you eat a lion?"

"Ha ha," I replied sarcastically and got of the chair; moving to the counter. I leaned against the soft marble table and frowned. "If you don't feed this lion in a second, it'll be let out of it's cage. And I bet it won't be too happy to see you."

I narrowed my eyes at Jinyoung, and when I saw him widen his eyes and scurry off to the fridge, I smirked evilly and nearly burst out in laughter.

Once our stomachs were filled with delicious food, the room filled with laughter and shouting, and our tired minds thinking of sleep, we all decided to head off in our seperate ways.

The annoying sound of my alarm woke me up, and I cringed at how loud it was. I rubbed my eyes tiredly then leaned over to my bedside table; hurriedly shutting the alarm clock off.

Once I finished waiting for the alarm clock to stop ringing in my ears, I ripped the blankets off myself and got ready for school.

I'm not a shower-in-the-morning type of girl, so I went staight to the sink in the bathroom across from my bedroom and grabbed a handcloth.

My phone started buzzing in my pyjama pocket, and I realised that Jinyoung was skyping me so I answered it and placed it on the counter so he could see me.

"Jinyoung oppa!" I said with a smile plastered on my face. He didn't hesitate to smile back.

"How is my Mia going?" Jinyoung cooed and I poked my tongue out at him.

"You saw me yesterday, oppa," I laughed and wiped my face with the face cloth.

He didn't reply back to me while I was refreshing myself, and I pulled the small towel away from my face.

Jinyoung was squinting through the camera and moved his head slightly to look at something on his phone.

I raised my eyebrow in confusion and shrugged. He probably saw a fly on my screen or whatever.

All of a sudden his eyes widened and he looked angry.

"What's wrong, oppa?" I asked him cautiously and slightly backed away from the sink so I can see him properly.

"You have my mirror!" Jinyoung shouted and pointed accusingly at his phone. I gulped and turned around; only to realise that I had his mirror sat on the bench across from me.

I mentally face palmed and slowly turned back around to see a mad Jinyoung waving his arms madly in the air.

"Okay, calm down! Calm down!" I said loudly and he slowly stopped moving. "I'll give you your mirror at school."

"When did you even get it?" He said and sighed in relief; knowing that his mirror isn't damaged.

"Someone must have realised that it was your mirror and dropped it off at my house," I lied and bent over to grab my hair brush.

"Well I live only a few houses down from you. They could have just dropped it off at my house instead," He scoffed and set his phone down, then walked over to his shoe rack and took his school shoes.

I was combing through my mess of hair and rolled my eyes. "Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed."

"Mia, it actually looked like you did," Jinyoung smirked and winked at me once I gasped.

"You did not just say that."

"Oh, but I did indeed."

I glared at him and spun around; grabbing a hold of his mirror.

"W-what are you doing?" Jinyoung stuttered and gulped when I started to flip the object around in my hands.

"Take it back, or your mirror might end up being the one looking like it woke up on the wrong side of the bed." I smirked and waited for his response. I won't actually do it, but I just love seeing Channie and Jinny so vulnerable. Besides, that sentence was uncalled for.

"Fine! I take it back, I take it back!" He shouted and I started laughing.

By the time he finished tying up his shoes, I just finished putting my hair up and added a bow as an accessory.

"I've gotta go and get changed now, oppa. Come and pick me up from my house in 10 minutes!" I smiled and we waved at each other before ending the call.
