Comment inline on the TITLE of the graphic type you are requesting so it is easier for us organize. Please also specify at the beginning of your form which graphic type you are requesting, just incase they get mixed up. Don't forget the password!
Please note that we only send graphics through email! We want to send you your graphic in the best quality as possible, and the only way to do that is to send it through email. If you don't feel comfortable sharing your email in the comments, or if you don't have an email — which shouldn't even be a possibility since it's 2018 — please include that in your request and pm us your email afterwards. Even if you don't have an email, pm us about it so we can sort it out.
COVER FORM
• Title • Username/Author Name • Plot (A brief summary of your story.) • Face claims • Overall mood of the cover (How do you want your readers to feel when looking at your cover?) • Any specific pictures/quotes that you want on the cover (optional) • Genre (e.g. Fanfiction, Horror, Fantasy, etc.) • Do you have any preference on which one of our members make your graphic? (If left unanswered, the request will be picked up by random.)
If our members feel like your book is not legitimate, we will reply to your comment asking for proof that the book at least has one chapter in its drafts. If you can't provide this, we will deny your request.
EDIT FORM (manips, wallpapers, lockscreens.)
• Who/what you want on the edit. (Face claims, specific pictures, and/or quotes.) • Mood of the edit. • Do you want your username included in the edit? • Please specify where you will be using, if you are requesting for a manip. • Do you have any preference on which one of our members make your graphic? (If left unanswered, the request will be picked up by random.)
HEADER/LAYOUT FORM (youtube, wattpad, twitter, tumblr, etc.)
• Do you want a full layout or only a header/icon. Please specify if you only want one of these. (A full layout includes covers as well) • Which social media will you be using it for? • @ for requested social media, so we can check if your request is legitimate. • Do you want your @ on the graphic? • Faceclaims and/or specific pictures. • Mood of the graphic. • Do you have any preference on which one of our members make your graphic? (If left unanswered, the request will be picked up by random.)
GIF BANNER

All of our members have had experiences with people refusing to give credit, so as a precaution we will be adding a watermark on every graphic. The watermark won't even be noticeable, so please don't worry about it ruining your graphic. If you have a problem with this, please request somewhere else since this is non-negotiable.
