Harry sat in the passenger seat, staring out the window as Louis drove him home.

Finally Harry broke the silence.

"Remember when you asked me what I do for a living.."

Louis looked over. "Yeah.."

"Well I'm an entertainer too I guess you could say.." Harry chuckled under his breath. "But definitely not the same as you.."

"What do you mean?"

"I'm an escort, Louis." Harry shook his head in disgust. "Since my personality is shit.. The only thing I'm good for is my body.."

Louis sat there quietly, letting him rant.

"Nobody has ever cared to get to know me. They just assume I'm a pretty boy with a bitchy attitude and use me like toilet paper." Harry paused. "It's tough to see people only look at you like a you're a piece of meat.. I guess after a while it starts to get to you. All you can do is be a miserable bitch."

"Harry.. I'm so sorry.."

Louis felt awful.

Harry looked over at him. "But then you came along.. with your stupid cheesy smile and your persistent need to annoy me."

Louis smirked, shaking his head.

"And all I wanted was for things to go back to the way they were before.. back to when no one gave a shit about me." Harry shrugged. "Because that's all I ever knew.."

"Harry.. sometimes new can be scary." Louis said. "But that doesn't make it a bad thing."

"I guess the thought of someone actually wanting to get to know me for me terrified me so much that I would do anything to sabotage it." Harry explained. "That's why I treated you the way I did."

Louis sighed. "You don't have to do that job anymore, Harry.. you can do something else.."

"It's too late for me.." Harry shrugged. "I just wanted you to know why I am the way that I am. You could never be with someone like me.. I'm damaged goods."

Louis stopped the car, parking it on the side of the road. He turned toward Harry, clasping his hands tightly.

"I don't care what you have done in the past.. you are not damaged goods!"

"Yes I am, Lou!" Harry shouted, tears streaming down his face. "Who would ever wanna be with a worthless, bitchy slut like me!"

Louis could see the pain in this man's eyes.

"Harry.. don't say that about yourself." Louis leaned out of his seat, hugging Harry tightly. "It's not true."

Louis' heart felt heavy with guilt. What if he pressured him into everything? What if he hated every second of it?

"I feel horrible.." Louis whimpered.

"Why?"

"I forced you to do all these things with me.." Louis paused, lifting his head up from Harry's shoulder. "You probably think I only used you for sex."

"You didn't force me, Louis.." Harry smiled. "I mean you kinda forced me into the date tonight but.. for the first time in a long time, I can actually say enjoyed every second of it."

"Really? You mean it?"

"Yes."

"Well I enjoyed it too, Harr-"

Harry interrupted. "But It doesn't matter.. it still wouldn't work."

"Why not?"

"I already told you! I am unlovable." Harry shrugged. "Every time I look at you.. I see sunshine. If you stay around me too long I'll find a way to destroy it. I always do."

"That's not true."

"I wont bring you down with me.." Harry looked up at Louis. "A deal is a deal. You promised."

Louis sighed loudly. "A deal is a deal."

"I can see the Starbucks from here.. I can walk the rest of the way." Harry said, pointing out the window.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah.." Harry opened the car door, wiping away the remainder of his tears. "You promise you won't be waiting for me at Starbucks tomorrow, right?"

"I promise.." Louis whispered.

"Great.." Harry stepped out of the car.

"Harry!"

Harry stuck his head back into the car. "Yeah?"

"Thanks for giving me one night.."

"You're welcome, Peter Pan." Harry chuckled, closing the car door behind him.

Harry watched Louis' car drive away as he walked down the streets alone, thinking about how he would never see that amazing boy again.
