Chase's POV

I knew as soon as I saw her that she's the one. I can't let her out of my sight. The whole day of school I watched her, observing, and followed her. Now, I'm following her home. She'll fall for me, they all do. I can't help but smile when she lifts a girl in her arms and swings her around. Shit, she can't see me here. Just before she turns around, I disappear, jumping onto her roof and watch her walk away.

Alex, such a simple but yet delicious name. I'm not usually like this, I never follow them I just act normal. But something about this girl intrigues me. The whole night, I sit on a near by tree, watching her in her bedroom. I notice some drawings on her desk and smile, she's just so perfect. I wait for her to fall asleep before quietly open the window and climbing in. I looks at her, peaceful. I walk nearer and pull the covers over here, watching her shift and I freeze but she doesn't wake, thankfully. I looks at her drawings and smile until I come across a new one. If my heart could beat, it would being beating fast. She's drawn... me..

I lost track of time, hearing movement behind me and I turn around. Ah shit

"W-What the hell..!" I cut her off by covering her mouth with my hand, moving her backwards and onto the bed "Shh, I'm not here to harm you." I whisper, the sudden smell of her blood blocking my senses and I lean down, smelling her neck and smile, my fangs extending. No! Get some control. I pull away and turn, trying to get my fangs to go away

"D-Did you.... How did you get in here?" Alex asks causually and I smile, typical. She's not even scared, her heart rate is the same as always. "The window" I point to it and turn to face her, tilting my head as I notice she isn't there and look towards another door which is opened.

I walk in and find her fixing her hair "It's Saturday" I state and she turns to face me "So? People have things to do" With that, there's a knock on the door "Lex! Lex hurry up, I'm ready" A sweet girls voice whines and I can't help but to laugh "Yep, almost done" Alex lies, she's not even dressed.

I raise an eye brow as the girl says that exactly the same time as I think it. The door opens and a younger girls walks in, stopping and staring at me before winking "Ah, I see." She giggles and I tilt my head before realizing "Cadie, what if I was naked eh? Get out, freak" Alex laughs and walks to her. I notice she's done her hair and added on eyeliner "I'm the freak? Look at yourself" 'Cadie' snaps playfully and Alex taps her around the head

I sit on the bed, wondering why Alex is acting this way. Most people scream and try to get me out of the house, but she's not even bothered

"Alex! Alex! Get the fuck down here you bitch!" Someone yells from down stairs and I look at Alex, her eyes widen and shaking "I-I'm c-coming" She swallows thickly before walking out, I follow but hidden

"You pathetic child!" The women yells and she smacks Alex across the face "How dare you!" She yells again and smacks her again. I growls and walk into the kitchen "That isn't a way to treat you're child, ma'am" I grab Alex's hand and tug her outside where her sister is. Looking down at her, I smile. Her blue skinny jeans fitting her legs perfectly and her black belly top.. perfect like her.

She doesn't say anything, her cheeks red and she pulled her hand away, walking to a car with a boy there. She kisses his cheek "Hey bro" She gets in and I look down at Cadie "Come on, come on" She whines as he drags me to the car. I notice Alex looking at her phone and smiling "Put. It. Away" The lad, her brother, sighs, taking it off her with a smirk "Idiot" He laughs as does Alex. I could actually get use to this, Cadie likes me already. But I need Alex to want me
