Imagine:

"This is going to be so fun!" She rejoiced and threw her arms in the air.

"Carter," you snapped your fingers in front of her face, getting her attention. "Calm yourself. It's just a camping trip."

"What do you have against camping trips?" Ryan asked you, turning his head around to face you.

"Since the last time I went camping," you countered, shooting Ryan a glare. "I had a sunburn for two week! Plus, I had to sleep on the hard ground with rocks under me."

"Well, that's what sunscreen is for babe," Justin walked into the RV, he placed the bags that were left on the seat in the corner. He sat on the seat beside you, throwing his arm a crossed the seat behind your back. He hand brushed up and down on your arm while his other laid on his lap. "And you won't be sleeping on the ground."

"See," Carter gestured to what Justin told you. "It won't be so bad. Also, there's a lake," she winked at you, causing you giggle.

"Fine," you held your palms in the air, knowing the only one who was complaining was you. And there was no point in fighting because everyone had a point. "You guys are right," you said.

Clapping her hands like a child, Carter spoke, "Yay! On the road we go!"

Shaking your head, you and Justin laughed in sync at how Carter was just like a five year-old. Knowing how mature you were(sometimes) and how immature Carter was, it was crazy how you both became best friends. But, either way, she always beings the happiness and joy out of you. The thing was, Carter wasn't afraid to act stupid in front of people. She was as care free as it came. And you were to the opposite.

Ryan started the RV as it roared to life. "Here we go!" He called out, pulling the RV out of the parking lot and down the road. As it rolled down the road, you guys rocked back and forth against the cushion seats.

"So far, this isn't fun," you noted, gesturing to the rocked back and forth that all of you were doing.

Carter shrugged innocently. "Sorry?"

Justin threw his back behind you. "Yo Ryan! Can't you go a bit softer on the road now?"

"I can't control the road, bro," Ryan called back, his attention still on the road.

Justin looked back at you and Carter, shrugging. "I tried. Anyone else?"

Carter opened her mouth to yell but you beat her to it. "I think I can handle the road if you guys stop yelling," you rubbed your temples with your fingers. "I'm starting to get a headache."

"Sorry," everyone said union, causing you to laugh once more.

Everyone was silent for awhile, letting the peaceful air calm everyone's nerves. You leaned back against Justin's arm, which was still behind you. You laid your head down on his shoulder, his cheek leaned against your hair as he stroked your long locks.

"I love you," he whispered to you.

You smiled warmly as his words radiated your heart. "I love you more."

He laughed and pressed his lips to yours. "No possible," he murmured against your lips.

"We are here!" A voice brought you back to life. You shoot up and soon your tense muscles relax. You didn't realize that you had fallen asleep on Justin's shoulder. Everyone stood and stretched their stiff limps from the long car ride. Everyone walked out and was almost blinded by the suns setting shine. The sky was light yellow, fading into a beautiful orange with the light spots of clouds along with it.
