You awoke to Alex's faint heartbeat and soft breathing. You glanced over to the clock hanging on the wall. It is 7:00 a.m. You quietly snuck out from under his arms and into the kitchen reminiscing on the events from last night. A smile lights up your face. "(Y/n)?" You here Alex's raspy morning voice call. You walked back into the living room after pouring yourself a glass of milk to find him stretching out on the couch. He smiled as he laid eyes on your face. He got up, walked over to you placing his hand on your cheek, kissing your milk covered lips. "Good morning princess," he whispered as your lips parted. Your cheeks shone bright crimson. His stomach began to growl which made you giggle. "Are you hungry?" You teased poking at his stomach. He nodded as his stomach growled even louder. "Well, help yourself to anything in the kitchen," you gestered to the kitchen. "Would you like me to pour you a glass of milk?" "That would be nice," Alex smirked. You gladly walk to the counter where the milk still sat and poured him a glass. After downing the glass of milk, you both helped yourself to a bowl of (y/fav cereal). As you two munched on your breakfast, Alex made silly faces at you to make you laugh. "Uhm, Alex," You placed your spoon down and slid your bowl away. "Out of all the girls you can have, why me?" He stopped chewing instantly. He also pushed his bowl away and turned to face you. He grabbed your hands and interlocked your fingers. "Because," he began. "There is something about you, and honestly, I can't quite place my finger on it. You're different, but in a good way. You're... You..."
