don't let them fool you, this song is nowhere near happy.
in case you didn't understand the lyrics, Thomas is representing general happiness. dodie has depression. the song is about her feeling happy after a long period of not being and wanting to hold on to being happy. even though she knows she won't be able to, her current state of happiness is convincing her it will come back.
this song is not available on spotify, iTunes etc. and as far as i know can only (legally) be listened to on dodie's youtube channel, doddleoddle.
