It was 7:00 a.m. as I looked up at my alarm clock- meaning that it was already time to go to school.
urgghhh!
I moaned to myself. Another day of agonising teachers and getting homework I thought to myself. Not that I hated school or anything- but most of the time, all the teachers would ever do is just sit there and Blab on about irrelevant stuff. My parents would always state to me and my brothers that education is so vital and so key- especially for a young girl of my age.I went and brushed my teeth, had some breakfast and got changed. I was wearing this really cute pink top and some nice denim jeans and some brown pumps to match with it. I wanted to keep it classy, but sweet since I didn't want to make much of an effort today since it was Monday.
Me and my brothers all rushed out whilst grabbing our school bags to run onto the school bus- which was waiting outside. I kissed my dad and mum on the cheek and ran onto the bus.
"Oh and btw"- I said, before getting onto the bus. "I'll be coming back home late today since I need to do this stupid project for science class. I won't be back until 4/5 pm".
"No worries dear" my mum replied back smiling at me.
I quickly got onto the bus to sit next to my friend Sara, and waved goodbye to my parents.
Sara was my only friend & I guess you could say my best friend and also a sister to me. We had been friends since we were just 3 years old where our parents had met at a conference and introduced us to each other. Ever since then- me and Sara had gotten on so well and shared everything with each other.
"How was your father/daughter weekend? Sara asked.
"Not bad?... Just went out with my dad and watched a film in the cinema".
" Bless! Which film you watch?"
"Spider-Man Homecoming!" I squealed. "It was such a great film!!!"
"Oh wow. Looks I need to go see it now haha"
"Yh you do. You'll fall in love as soon as it even starts😂"We finally arrived at school after our short 15 minutes of bus journey & walked into the school. It was always nice to be back to school and hear how everyone's weekend was, but honestly sometimes coming back to school especially on a Monday morning is draining. I honestly don't know how or why- but teachers somehow think that we're so active, or so we "should be"; but for me that isn't the case.
"First lesson- Maths" Sara complained😫. Why on a Monday morning? JUST WHY?"
"I honestly don't know Sara. We need to complain to the head teacher"
"OMG! Shall we?" She asked
"I was only joking you know. She couldn't care less about what we have to say anyways" I stated
"I guess your right🙄" Sara said miserablyThe school bell rang, meaning it was already time for lesson, to which we both walked slowly up to avoid being early for maths.
