"Scott! Are you asleep?!" His housemate Liam yelled, waking him up from his deep sleep.

"Yes!" Scott yelled back, burying his head in his pillow to drown out the noise of Liam's booming voice.

"Oh good! You're awake!" Liam says, bounding into Scott's bedroom on his crutches.

"Come to bring me breakfast in bed have we?" Scott asks with a slight smirk.

"Na mate, I need you to go to the Record Store, pick me up some Pink Floyd records for my uni project."

"Just because you've got a broken leg doesn't mean you're incapable of going outside, mate. The record store is just two blocks away anyway!"

"Mate, it snowed overnight, and there's snow all over the ground! I don't know if you know, but it's extremely hard to use crutches in the snow. I'll trip, and we wouldn't want to ruin this handsome face of mine would we?" Liam smirks.

"Fine, now get the hell out, I don't want you staring at my bare ass as I get changed!" Scott says with a laugh, throwing one of his pillows at his housemate.

"Nothing I haven't seen before!" Liam says, laughing as he hobbles out the door.

"Dick." Scott mumbles to himself as soon as Liam's out the door and out of hearing range.

Scott quickly shuffles down the streets of London. Liam was right, it did snow overnight. He didn't mention that it was bloody freezing! Scott soon regrets wearing just a flannel shirt.

He could have gotten a bloody public bus! He thinks, turning the corner so he's only about three buildings away from the record store.

Scott opens the door to the record store, and is quickly relieved that it's extremely warm inside. He looks around the small shop, noticing that it's filled to the brim with records, but there's only one sole occupant of the building. A small blonde girl stacking shelves.

"Hey, I um, was wondering if you could help me?" Scott says, standing behind the girl. The girl slightly jumps at the sudden noise and turns around. She's beautiful. She wears a white sweater with leather pants and Doc Martens, while her blonde hair falls almost perfectly down her shoulders. Scott is finding it hard to not stutter and make a fool of himself in front of the girl. She gives him a quizzical look.

"Do you have any Pink Floyd?" Scott asks nervously, biting his lip.

The girl smiles, as she points to the other side of the room, to a shelf in the corner. Scott smiles in thanks, and walks over in the general area that she pointed in. After a few minutes of looking, he still hasn't found and any Pink Floyd. He's surprised when he finds the girl beside him. She smiles and points to a group of Pink Floyd records right in front of him.

"Uh, thanks..." Scott says nervously, embarrassed. She smiles, and leaves to get back to work.

Five minutes later, Scott has picked what he will buy for Liam and walks over to the girl.

"I'll take this please..."

The girl takes the record out of his hands and walks over to the counter, Scott following behind. She's got a great butt, he thinks.

The girl punches a few numbers into true computer and scans the record, eventually turning the computer screen around and pointing to the final price on the screen.

"What's your name?" Scott asks, finally gaining some courage as he fishes around in his wallet. The girl moves some of her blonde hair away and points to her name-tag. Ellie.

"Ellie..." Scott says deep in thought, handing her the correct money.

"Beautiful name." Scott says smiling, taking his purchase from Ellie. He pretends to not see Ellie smile and blush.

"See you later then." Scott says, with a wave and a wink as he exits the shop.

He ignores the cold air hitting him as soon as he's outside, because all he can think about is the mysterious girl in the record store, Ellie.

And in that moment, he vows to do anything he can to enter that record store again.
