Alone i once stood: chapter 5

Once we reached my house he stopped the car. i got out "thank you god" i said "you okay?" he said "are you crazy i almost died!" i said  he laughed "no you didn't stop it you know you liked the adrenaline" he said.

  "what ever just come on" i said opening my house door we entered the house and i shut the door. "okay so spit it out what happened the other night" i said. "you know what happened you saw everything" he said. "so that doesn't explain me seeing you turn from a wolf to a human!" i exclaimed. "okay i'm a werewolf" he said. my eyes widened "your not serious are you" i said thinking how crazy and awesome that is. "i am " he said. "so can you turn when ever you want to?" i said. "no only if i'm really angry or if i have to" he said "that is so cool!" i yelled. he laughed "what made you or better yet how did you know where i was" i said.

 "i heard your screams" he said. "oh" was  all i replied."so what now?" i said putting my bag down. "well i'm hungry so we lets go eat" he said getting up and yanking her along. the shocks going up her arm. man does he really like grabbing and yanking me along i thought to my self. i grabbed my book bag and we left again. "so do werewolves age slow?" i said. "yeah just a bit we don't live for ever like vampires. but my i'm really eighteen"  he said. looking at me. "will you cut that out and watch the road" i said through puffs of breaths. he laughed and hit the gas even more. i groaned i was going to die. the car was silent. i didn't know if i should speak or what. so i just stayed quiet and kept my eyes on my book bag. we soon reached a small cafe. "they have the best burgers here" Carlos said parking the car.

 i nodded and got out my legs wobbly from the car. we entered the cafe "you get a table i'll order" he said i looked around and nodded. "oh before i forget what do you want?" he said "a chocolate glazed donut and a banana and smoothie" i said. he nodded and walked away he was at least 5'10 me i was 5'5. i found a table i went and sat down. waiting i remembered the test i was going to have. i scratched my head and took out my science book.

i began reading it as i waited soon Carlos came and handed me my stuff. he had a burger and a soft drink. he sat down across from me. and looked at me. "so the other day when that chick spilled her milk over you why didn't you do any thing?" he said taking a bit out of his burger. "because if i did she would have regretted it" i said braking a piece of my donut and eating. the bell f'trom the front door rang and guess who walked in. just guess you don't know? well i'll tell you this it sure wasn't  barbie and her friends it was much uglier more like Medusa and cinderella's ugly step sisters. i couldn't  help but smirk at my little head joke. they walked in with two boys that i knew but didn't talk to them because they were just as big of a jerk like Misty, Cleo, and Torrie.

it was brad and Luke. they looked like Justin bieber's twin. it made me sick. they spotted us and the girls started whispering and giggling. "i guess they didn't listen" i said sighing and shaking my head. i finally looked up at Carlos he was staring at me. i blushed "eyes in your head mutt" i said smiling. his eyes widened "excuse me? but i'm a pure bread" he said  crossing his arms and turning his face the other direction and acting like he was hurt. i started at him he opened one eye to look at me with a small smile on his face. i rolled my eyes at him and he closed his eye again but his smile never faded.

 i laughed and shook my head. he laughed too and looked at me. "so do you have a pack?" i said "yup" he said. "cool do they go to school?" i asked again "nope" he said "why?" i asked he leaned in "because we would eat you" he said whispering like if the government was after him. he leaned back in his chair. "your really dumb" i said laughing. in the corner of my eye i saw  Cleo and every one sit a table away from us. i ignored them it looked like Carlos wasn't paying any mind.

  i heard brad and Luke arguing about something my eyes flickered over in that direction to see the girls starting at us. Cleo whispered something. and unbuttoned her shirt showing some cleavage and pulled her skirt up fixed her hair and began walking in our direction. i looked back to Carlos who was just looking at me like he was examining every detail of my face.

 i made a face at him and he smirked. "hey Carlos" Cleo said leaning on the table so she could give Carlos a better view. i rolled my eyes "do you have an eye problem!?" she snapped at me. i took a deep breath and pinched the bridge of my nose. i exhaled and smiled looking at her. "i'm going to ignore that you just snapped at me before i snap something of yours tell me whats precious to you your nose or your life?" i asked her.

 Carlos was smirking at Cleo she rolled her eyes at me and turned back to Carlos. "like i was saying hey" she said. "hi" Carlos said "i was wondering if you like to come back to my place" she said. "as much fun that sounds i'll pass" he said. i smirked. who does this whore think she is. she pulled her shirt down a little more. "you sure?" she said frowning. "positive" he said still leaning in the chair. "okay" she said  leaning in to Carlos and whispering something in his ear before pulling slowly away.

 i was boiling now. "well you can change your mind now" she said said. "no thanks oh and by the way nice view?" Carlos said. i shot a death glare at him and kicked his chair he fell back. i stood  "i'm really done with you if you don't back away i swear i'll break that ugly face of yours" i said threw clenched teeth.

 "he doesn't belong to you" she said and pushed me "oh i'm giving you one more chance" i said i was now shaking i was so mad. "you  think that little story of yours is going to do anything you know no wonder nobody likes you its because your a freak i now remember you when you was little your mom and sister died and you could see their ghost. but i guess that once your a freak your always going to be a freak" she said smirking. that's it's next thing i knew was my fist was now connected to her nose i heard a crunch. she stumbled back and fell on the floor.

 I lunged at her but i was stopped i was picked up and thrown over someones shoulder i tried to pull my self down to claw her eyes out i screamed "put me down!" i huffed out trying to get to her but failing "no besides i like the view" Carlos said he kept walking and walked out the cafe.

 "My nose!" Cleo said crying. i smiled. "that's what you get bitch" i said and waved bye to her as Carlos kept walking once we reached his car he sat my on the hood. cuffing my face he made me look at him. "don't listen your not a freak" he said looking into my eyes. he lowered his face to mine and placed his forehead on mines i  closed my eyes and let a big sigh out i was being shocked with electric from his touch it seemed to calm me down.

 I opened my eyes and looked at him. "i left my bag can i get it" i said feeling calm. he let me go "i'll  get it" he said and he went to get it. i looked at my knuckles they were covered in Cleo's blood. i smiled "i tried warning her" i said Carlos jogged back towards me and handed me my bag. i took it "thanks" i said he shook his head. "what made you snap like that" he said. "her! " i exclaimed throwing one hand in the direction of the cafe.

"What did she whisper in your ear any way?"  i said looking at him intently. "don't worry" he said scratching his head. i stared at him and decided to let it go. i don't know why i became so jealous. i don't like Carlos yes that's right that's what i'll keep telling my self that. it was getting dark. i looked at the sky the stars where out man i didn't know that we was out this long. well winter was starting so it was going to get dark fast. i slid off his hood my skirt rising a little bit.

I left it alone i was to tired to fix my self. "we should go back to my house" i said in a low voice. Carlos was just standing next to me the whole time he nodded. we got in the car  and drove off. he pulled up to my house "you know i just remembered that when you saved me i passed out how did you know where i lived?" i said in my low voice. "i followed your sent" he said looking at me. i nodded and opened the door i was getting out when i sat back in the car and quickly kissed him on the cheek "thanks for saving me" i said.

 Getting out and shutting his car door. i began walking away i waved bye and pulled my keys out unlocked my door and entered. once i entered i shut the door and slid to the floor and put my face in my knees. i took deep breaths. and went up stairs. i entered my room and threw my self on the bed thinking of the day i had i got out my clothes i put on a black bra a red ribbon and matching panties i laid back down and sleep consumed me quickly.

sorry i took long first time i ever experienced writers block it was the worst three days of my life but any way comment if you want to. and tell me what you thought
