(15) Sick of hiding

The next morning...

"Jungkookah...."

I looked up from my breakfast to listen to my mother.

"We are going to visit the Park household today....you both are like brothers....it'll be fun to go on an outing together..."

No!!!!
I didn't want to see Hyung yet....It was too awkward...The hurtful memories was still fresh in my mind.

"Get dressed once you eat okay? And Wear a mask or your fans will chase you all around Busan"

My mom laughed at me.

Whoa cool!! Hyung please don't wear a mask okay?"

I just glared at my brother Jung Soo. He just grinned at me.
My dad walked in then.

"Son let's go soon or we won't be able to be at the beach for long"

It was a beach outing....right.

Let's go get ready for a very awkward day then....

An hour later...

I walked out of the car into the Park household. I was greeted by Mr. And Mrs.Park who hugged me and commented on how tall I had become.
Jiyoo just kept giving me knowing looks and smirks the whole time.

What was up with him? He was my age but his mental age was probably closer to my brother's.

"Ahhhh this Jiminah where is he....?He'll be here soon.."

The parents began talking as usual and I was left with three options
One...Go walking around by myself
Two...Stay and listen to the parents
Three...stay with Jiyoo who just wouldn't stop smirking at me.

I went with the first choice and walked towards the rather large garden of their house.
As I rounded a corner of the building I heard Jimin's voice.

He was on the phone.

With Lisa maybe?...I cringed at the thought. Then I heard something that caught my attention.

"Kookie needs to know."

He was talking about me? With whom?

"Aniya Yoongi Hyung...I'm tired of being a coward."

Yoongi Hyung?
And what was it I needed to know?
Maybe he was going to tell that he knew I liked him and that I should stop?

I didn't want to hear that so I turned to leave.

"It's the truth Hyung...I love Kookie and I don't care anymore what he'll think about it...He can hate me and ignore me but I'm sick of hiding my feelings"
