Pokémon are powerful creatures. Some are more powerful than others. Some are strong and rare enough to earn the status of legendary. These legendaries serve a purpose. To protect the seas, or keep balance between time and space.
Others, however, earn the status of legendary through tales of being monstrous destructive beings from other worlds or manufactured monsters made in a lab with a deep hatred for their human creators. And Some. Well some just want to be whole again.
