Chapter Eight

Melody's P.O.V

I'm sat watching 'Hollyoaks' when a loud knock comes at the door.

I groan and stand up, walking to the door and unlocking it.

As I swing it open I see Cody there, smirking.

"Hi baby" He comes in, trying to kiss me but I stop once I smell the alcohol.

"Have you been drinking? Cody! It's 3 in the afternoon."

"Babe chillax it's fineeeee...." He slurs.

"Now, let's go upstairs."

"Cody, I've told you, no!"

"Baby your just a scardey cat not get up them stairs." He slurs. Again.

"No!" he try's picking me up but Callum walks in.

"What the fuck? Trying to rape my sister? get the hell out now" He spits.

He runs up to Cody and punches him over and over again.

"Okay Callum! that's enough!" I yell

He grabs his collar and throws him out.

"NEVER COME BACK."

"Baby tell your psychotic brother." He begs

"We're over Cody" I whisper

"Fine. I'll just go shag that brunette lass I've been cheating on you with." He spits.

Oh my god.

That man whore.

"YOU IDIOT! HOW COULD YOU!" I walk up to him and slap him.

"AND NEVER COME BACK!"

I run upstairs and fall onto my bed.

I can't believe he would cheat on me.

I hate him!

"Sis?" Callum walks in.

"N-No. Leave m-me alone. I don't need a-anyone." I silently cry.

"You know. It's ok to be upset. You don't always have to be strong. People break. I get it, just let it out sis"

I let out loud sobs. Sitting on my bed and hugging him.

"I really hate him! h-how could h-he?"

"He's a jerk Alyssa..." He scoffs.

"I know"

"Hello?" A deep voice shouts.

Oh no.

Harry walks into the room and wears a sympathetic expression.

"I'm sorry, I just saw Cody. He was all like 'Oh you can have her, she's a bitch'" He rolls his eyes.

I let out heavier crys and Callum squeezes me.

"Not helping, Harry!" He shoots glares at him.

"Sorry" he mumbles

"I'll go get you some water ok?" Callum smiles at me.

"Thanks" I smile back.

Once he's out of the room Harry comes and sits next to me.

"You okay?" He asks

"Do I look okay to you?" I scoff

"Sorry, you know he's just a jerk. He doesn't deserve you." He smiles

"Thanks" I smile weakly

"So. Can I take you on that date now?"

"Where to?" I ask

"Well I can't think of anything exiting, so..... Dinner and a movie?" He chuckles.

"I'd love to" I smile

I don't know if I like him or not but I just wanna get my mind off Cody right now.

"Great. I have to go but I'll pick you up at seven?" He smiles.

"Ok"

And he walks out.

Well this should be fun.
