As soon I take a quick shower and eat grab a glass a water along with a banana, I feel my phone buzz

From Nico: Hey Carolina :) Is it good to pick you up at 8?

I smiled at his smiley face and quickly replied, it was barley 5:30 so I thought it'd be a good time.
To Nico: Yeah that's fine! here's my address, 5723 Vermont street. By the way, is it fancy or just a hang out? lol

From Nico: Ehh not too fancy but don't wear a skate fit! (;
Damn let's see what I have that's decent oops

To Nico: Alrighty then I'll see you soon!

I locked my phone and ran up the stairs, freakishly throwing out clothes from my closet

"Woah what happened here!" I hear Andrea and another friend Kat creep up behind me sitting on the edge of the bed
"I'm just trying to look for nice clothes to wear for tonight" I say brushing my wet hair out of my face

"oooo where ya going" Kay says placing her hands on her knees in interest

"She has a date!!!" Andrea jumps up for joy. I roll my eyes annoyed,
"It's not a date it's a hang out !" I say staring at the 2 shirts Im holding up.

"Kat don't believe her, he's sooo cute and he skates too! It looks like he's interested and wants to get to know her" She says.
I pull out a skirt to match with a shirt and strip down to my black lace bra and underwear. I didn't care, they've seen me naked and I to them.

"How does this look so far guys" I smile, wearing a black and white striped off the shoulder shirt, tucked in a denim button up skirt. They both opened their mouths in awe, which I assumed it was a match.
"BITCH YES!" Kat yelled
"I love it oh my," Andrea said standing up
"but wait lemme just," she added and tucked my shirt out of my skirt and twisted the end of the shirt to a nice knot in the middle of my abdomen, showing a little inch of skin between my shirt and my waist. Just a little sweet touch.

"i like it!" I smiled up at her, she was a little taller than me.
I checked my phone and saw it was already 6:15
"He's gonna be here in like 2 hours and my hair isn't dry or my makeup is done!!" I yell panicking, rubbing my hair down with a towel
"Shoooo shoooo!" I say pushing them out the door
"alright better hurry! we'll tell you when he's here!" Kat said shutting the door

I run into the bathroom and lay out all my brushes, palettes, blushes etc. on the counter next to the sink. I press shuffle on my music and my fav song atm comes on, B.E.D. by Jaquees (damn it's good y'all need to listen to it)

After my hair is dried, curled and soft glam done, I add a touch of gloss. Perfect. I thought
I finally felt so good with how I looked, I may be a little extra but I didn't care, I felt good and beautiful.
By now, it's already 7:50, Damn I'm ready before the time. That's a first!

I pull out my brown crisscross wedges out of my closet and sit on the edge of my bed, applying lotion all over and slipping each shoe secured by the fast.
I shut my door and scurry down the stairs to see Andrea and Kat cuddled up watching Insidious, so I pull a prank and creep up behind the couch and jump out, and to my satisfaction, They jump up screaming throwing a bowl of popcorn over their heads.

I couldn't control my laughter at the sight of them. "Ha. Ha. Caro you're so funny" Andrea sticks her tongue out and I blow a kiss back
"Girl you look so hot tho omg" Kat says pulling a piece of popcorn out of my hair
"Yeah Nico's gonna flip his shit!" Andrea adds as I blush.
I run my fingers through my hair and add some small gold hoops on my pierced ears, completing the look. Only interrupted by the buzz of a doorbell. I open my eyes wide knowing that it's obviously Nico, right on time.
I slowly walk to the door and twisted the knob to reveal Nico's back, practicing a few lines to introduce himself.
He had on a navy blue long sleeve, fleece shirt, Khaki pants, maroon slip ons, completed by a small gold chain drooping on his neck and fingers covered in gold rings. His curly locks were down to his ear, in place.
He honestly looked really good, other then him being covered in dirt and bruises and hair all over the place when I see him at the skate park

"Uh Hi" I chuckle with flushed cheeks and he turns around fast
"Hi," he forces out a cute laugh, looking at me from head to toe wow what am I thinking !
"Are you ready?" he asks holding out his hand
"Not quite, I just need to get my purse and my wallet! you can step in" I say opening the door more as he steps in. He looks around and smiles when he sees Kat and Andrea drooling over him

"Hi the names Nico" He smiled.
"This is Kat and Andrea," I laughed introducing each girl
"I'll see you guys later tonight" I say leading him out the door and shutting it on our way out.
"You came right on time!" I laughed looking up at him, even in my wedges he was still a little taller. "I'm always on time" he winked as I rolled my eyes. We meet his car and he literally beats me to the door as he opens it for me. I smile at his request and sit as he shuts it and jogs to the other side.
It's quiet for a moment until he says, "You look really beautiful by the way, I love the fit" He smiles putting the key in the ignition, engine roaring and slow music set on low volume.
"Thank you," I flash a smile, "you look good as well" I blush pushing a strand of hair behind my ear. He pulls out of my driveway and starts driving to wherever it is we're going, he never told me.

"Hey Nico,"
"Hmm" he responds lowering down the music
"You never told me where we were going" I say flicking through the radio stations
"That's because it's a surprise" He says laughing playing with his bottom lip.

Wow he looked so cute but he probably wouldn't think of me the same.
