"Willope! Stop it!" Willope turned to look at Dawn who was waving her arms frantically. A sense of calm floated through him. Snap. The pale man gasped for air as his mouth cleared.
"You got off lucky this time. Pray that you do not meet a god that is not as forgiving as me."  The pale man ran as far as his legs would carry him.

Fleck slipped in the house with a smile plastered on his face.
"Hey, Flick, come here." Fleck turned around, his smile dropping instantly. Beta was sitting on the couch, waving languidly at him, smirking.  Fleck sat on the other side of the couch.
"What is it?" Beta beckoned him. Fleck scooted a little closer. Beta beckoned him again, raising an eyebrow. Fleck scooted over a little. Beta roughly grabbed Fleck, pulling the shaking wolf to his side. Then he placed an arm around Fleck, resting his hand on Fleck's belly. Fleck felt sick. The hand gently scratched him, getting closer to his genitalia. Fleck heard footsteps, and the hand withdrew. Alpha came in the room carrying her purse. Alpha was a fairly masculine woman, not liking girly things. The only two exceptions were her sky blue nail polish, and her (same color) purse. She never wore dresses.
"Fleck, I'm going to the Star Alliance Convention, you ca-"
"CanIcomewithyou?" Fleck breathed out. She blinked.
"Sure. I didn't think you wanted to come."
"Of course I do!" Fleck tried not to appear desperate, but the he could smell his own fear scent.
"Well, okay."

Pani opened the door slowly, tired. Skye immediately embraced him. Pani purred in the arms of his sire. Skye nosed at his neck.
       "How was work?"
Pani groaned.
"You know the werewolf kid I told you about?"
"Yeah."
          "His Beta's abusing him."
"Holy shit."
"I.....may have told him that when he turns eighteen, he could stay with us.....just until he gets back on his feet! Nothing too drastic!"
Skye raised an eyebrow.
"Well, we're going to need a bigger house."
"It's not like you can't afford it." Pani added, referring to Skye's trust fund. Skye disliked using it, said it was 'cheating'. The coven worked because they would drive Skye crazy otherwise

Meanwhile Gae and Pioth were talking.
    "I don't understand straight people."
Pioth titled vis head at Gae's comment.
"They say that I'm too in their face when I hold hands with a girl, but then they turn around and have sex in a tree in broad daylight, and apparently, it's only offensive when you have a healthy relationship with someone of the same sex. But it's not offensive if it's a fetishy, horribly unhealthy relationship." Gae sighed. Pioth blinked.
"Have you considered murder?" Gae blinked.
  "What about it?"
"You could always murder them."
"Pfffffft, what are you? A child of war? Or revenge?" She teased.
"I am a child of Mejen." Ve recalled. Gae blinked, then laughed again.
      "Don't b-fffff-e so si-ff-lly!"
"I'm serious."
       "Prove it."
Pioth closed vis eyes.
Remember the anger. Remember her fate. Burn it. Burn the worthless sky that hath caused you much pain. Burn. Burn the sky.
Pioth opened vis eyes. They burned a bright and somber red. Vis hands felt warm. Fire caught suddenly, flaring up on vis palms. Ve could feel it, almost like a phantom limb. Ve swirled it into a circle playfully. Gae gaped.
"How the hell can you control fire so fluidly?! You have to teach me!"
