Birthday

Soul's POV:

The smell of bacon woke me. "Bacon? Maka only makes bacon on-" I realized what today was. I sprang out of bed and thrust my hands in the air. "MY BIRTHDAY!!" I yelled, running out o my room. Maka was at the counter, frying the most delicious thing known to mankind. I ran up to her, and hugged her from behind. "Do you know what day it is??" I asked, stifling a laugh. "yes soul I know. it's Saturday." she mumbled. she finished the bacon and set it on a plate. "now eat, we have a mission later." my heart sank. my lips turned to a line as I grabbed the bacon and waffle covered plate from her. I slowly picked at my food. after I sluggishly finished, I walked back to my room. she didn't even remember my birthday... I guess she really doesn't like me. I pulled my pillow up to my face and punched the wall. I stayed like this for about an hour. "Soul!! come on we have the mission!!" Maka yelled from behind the door. I put on my clothes and put my headband on over my eyes. I walked out the door and shoved past Maka. She rolled her eyes. "C'mon soul or we'll be late." she grumbled." I walked out the door and hopped on my motorcycle. she hopped on behind me, grabbing my waist slightly. we sped off towards the school.

Maka's POV:

We rode all the way to school. Soul seemed sad about something, but I didn't know what. I hoped he wasn't mad at me...

-Flashback-

"What do we do?" I whimpered. "wait, Patty might be on to something!" Tsubaki cheered. Patty jumped up into the air and made a peace sign over her forehead, winking with her tongue sticking out as she rocked back on her heels. "what do you mean?" I asked hopefully. "Soul's birthday Is coming up, right? while what if you throw him a surprise party? you could tell him then!!" she cheered again. "ya! lets do it! but I'll need your help!" I giggled.

-End flashback-

I smiled at the memory. the mission was right before the party, witch was going on at the schools Gymnasium. We drove all the way to the school. there, Liz, Patty, Tsubaki, Kidd, And Black*star were all there. "our target is George the hunter. he uses two giant Hatchets to slaughter people. he is 19'21 and lives in an old mansion that is well into the forest." Kid explained. "Oh and we will be training the new guys." two boys came out from the shadows. one had black hair and a grey head band pulled over his forehead. He wore a similar scarf and a black zipped up jacket. he wore grey jeans and black boots. what was odd was his partner. he had hair white as Soul's and really tan skin. he had one yellow eye, the other pure white, a scar over it. he wore a green and black striped collared shirt. He wore black jeans and green and black sneakers. he didn't seem like he wanted to be here.

(P.S. they don't have much to do with the story!!)

"So how may I be of assistants? The black haired boy asked, mock bowing. "well for starters tell us your names." Soul grunted. "oh ya! I'm Mako. Dark gun master Mako." he said, saluting this time. "this is Jin. Or is it shepe? wolf? Sassy? Lyon? Mad lord? Kat? Braniac?" he asked. we stared at him in confusion. "oh sorry. Look at his soul and see what I mean. I stared at his soul. it was a neon green. what was odd was that there were tentacle like things coming from the back of it. each tentacle formed into different Souls. one was a sheep, one a lion, one a Wolf, one was total madness. I grimaced as I stared at it. I still remembered the kishin. One looked like a giant eye, one a Bear, one was a cat, but the scary part was that a dark, black one crept out of the souls back and arched over it. it was like black fire. it's yellow eyes glared at me. "what's with his soul?"

"You see, Jin here suffers from multiple personalities. witch actually means he has smaller souls who can sometime take over at anytime. I personally like Sassy, who actually knows how to enjoy himself."

YA SO... don't worry! Jin and Mako have nothing to really do with the story. BUT! I will Be making the SoMa soon!

Soul: your taking to long you know that?

Me: sorry! I just had important fangirling to do...

Soul: but your a dude?

Me: ya but I can fan girl.

Black*star: I WILL SURPASS GOD SOME DAY!! HA HA HA HA-

Maka: *hits black*star with a book* SHUT UP!!
