Chapter 4

Luke's POV

I woke up next to Maddy, she was still sleeping. She was tired as fuck, well that's what I thought then, when I walked up the stairs yesterday she was already sleeping. I just laid next to her and closed my eyes. 

I couldn't get to sleep just because I could only think of Chris and Maddy. I know Chris, I know he wants Maddy for a moment, she's not like him so he will get tired of her. I didn't think about it too much. I mean, it was just a text message... I hope for Maddy that she knows where she begins with.

I sat up and turned around to see Maddy still sleeping, she was cute when she slept. I chuckled and then walked to the kitchen. I would love to make breakfast, I deserve it and so does Maddy, I don't know why but we just do. I went with my hand through my hair and started to find stuff for breakfast.

Maddy's POV

I was awakened by a noise from the kitchen, I rubbed my eyes and tried to get up but I was too tired. I'm not a morning person, like not even close I need to get like 10 minutes before i can come out of bed. I turned around and realized that Luke wasn't next to me. 

Did he really left yesterday? No no that can't be true. I rubbed my eyes once again and then walked downstairs. I walked to the kitchen to see Luke standing there shirtless, I repeat shirtless. Luke may well be my best friend but god jesus he had the best body ever .

I laughed because it reminded me of the first time I saw Luke shirtless , it was 2 years ago, maybe 3. He was swimming in his backyard and I just came to visit, just like friends do. When I walked to the backyard, Luke came out of pool with the best body ever, gosh that picture will never get out of my thoughts, not that I mind. 

I looked back at Luke, first to his body, but then I looked back to his eyes. "You're up early" I looked at the clock, it was only half past nine. A lot earlier than I normally woke up. " Yeah, I know, I was awakened by someone who thought to be funny and started to throw with pots" I laughed and grabbed a drink from the fridge.

"Yeah, I didn't know where your pots were and be nice I thought to be nice to make a breakfast" Luke said as he put on the gas. " You want 2 pancakes, I suppose ," I nodded and sat down at the table .

"How nice of you little bitch" I looked at him laughing and took a sip of my drink. "Hey, you're the little bitch" as he turned around and started to make pancakes. " Well, excuse me " I chuckled "little bitch" I said softly and grabbed my phone .

Two messages , one from my mother and one from Beth . I was wondering where my mother was. She said she would come home around 3 but I didn't hear or saw her. Probally because I was sleeping but okay.

Mom :) : Hi darling, I  already left about 7am , emergency case. I'm home tonight, well I hope so xxx love you !

I responded with a "love you too x " and then looked at the message from Beth

Bethy boop : I'm finally home , I mean it , I have seen enough nephews for the first 500 years. I hope it was fun with Luke last night, be at your house at 2pm. 

Oh, I almost forgot that I went away with Beth today. I have to tell her about Chris, I hope she is happy for me.

Just when I was about to reply to Beth, Luke throws a pancake on my plate, "here little bitch, made ​​with love" he grinned . "I'm not sure If I want to eat it" he said nothing and started to make the next pancake. I shrugged my shoulders and throw some sugar on my pancake. I took one bite and felt Luke turning his eyes to me.

With my mouth full, I looked at him . "What" I said as I swallowed my piece. Again no answer ."Luke what's wrong ," he smiled , and was about to say something when my phone rang. "My phone saved you, but you're so gonna tell me" I took my phone and answered it.
