IV. Inseparable

"Why are you up so early?" Vik asked as he wandered into the kitchen where Simon was currently sitting.

After sharing those meaningful kisses with Josh the day before, they left the park and went back to the house by an Uber this time. Since then the blonde couldn't think about anything else just the fact that this was going to be the last day of their 'relationship'.

It was currently 9 in the morning, which was early according to Simon's sleeping schedule, however he didn't feel like sleeping anymore. He had mixed feeling about the whole thing. He was excited and sad at the same time as he didn't know what to expect. But he didn't dare to get his hopes up on Josh actually liking him back and deciding not to end this yet.

"Why are you?" He asked back scrolling through his phone, not even looking up at him.

"I asked first." The cinammon boy replied whilst taking a milk bottle out of the fridge.

"I couldn't sleep." Simon shrugged, smiling at something that he saw on his phone. "So why are you?"

"Oh, that's bad. Well, I haven't gone to bed yet, since I was recording and stuff, because I'm leaving to Australia to meet Lachlan in the afternoon." Vik informed him pouring milk onto his cereal.

"Are you actually? Why didn't you tell me this before?" He furrowed his eyebrows, putting his phone down.

"I wanted to, but I haven't seen you in like three days, only for a few minutes during the day. Where have you been all these nights?" Vik sat down next to him already making assumptions inside of his head.

"Out." Simon shrugged not wanting to tell him about his little deal with Josh. "Besides you could've told me before or after a recording sess."

"I see." Vik gave him a knowing grin, ignoring the last sentence. "Well if you want to talk about it, hit me up, but now I'm gonna go to sleep."

Simon only nodded following Vik with his gaze as he disappeared with his bowl in hand.

After a few minutes of sitting there in silence, he decided to stop wasting his time and continue his day and record a main channel video.

"JJ!" Josh was standing outside of the dark skinned boy's room checking if he was still at home.

"Yo." His face popped up as the door swung open.

"Can I talk to you about something real quick?"

JJ stood there for a minute thinking what that could be. Assuming from Josh's tone he decided that it was serious so he let him in without saying anything, just stepping aside and closing the door behind them.

They sat down next to each other on a sofa, Josh fiddling with the sleeves of his jumper and JJ looking around.

"What's up?" The younger male broke the silence hoping that Josh would spill quickly.

The bearded boy sighed then licked his lips. "Nothing special. I just wanted to ask you if you are going to be here tonight or you have other plans."

JJ hummed, suprised at that answer, rasing an eyebrow at his companion.

"Hmm. You got somebody coming over?" He asked wiggling his eyebrows.

"Not exactly." Josh shrugged, thinking of something that wouldn't expose them.

"What does that supposed to mean?"

JJ was changing the position of his eyebrows faster than his brother usually changes his girlfriends.
