PPPPs some things in here are about depression. I myself am not depressed, and I do not know how it may effect you, the reader. If you think you will find anything triggering or harmful to you, yourself, don't read this book. They are not too in depth depression parts, but don't read them if they will hurt you in any way. I will not have a lot of other warnings, so this is important.
