Have you ever had a feeling

So unique you couldn't describe?

Every word you used seemed unworthy

Because this feeling was alive.

I am young and inexperienced

So I don't know if this is love

But I really hope it isn't because

Love is hard to get rid of.

It's not a bad emotion,

Just one I don't have time for.

How can I study for a test

When you're all I think of anymore?

Do you feel the painful prick

That happens when you catch me staring?

Or is it just a physical reaction?

A side effect of caring

When I walk into a room,

The first thing I do is look for you

Some part of me is wondering

are you looking for me too?

I know that you're not here

but my heart wishes you were.

That little heart skip is distracting,

I miss a basket, sorry sir.

I thought that it was over,

No more time spent wasted on silly day dreams.

Then you held me close and all my plans were ruined
