We are now friends,
That's all she said;
I was hoping for another step,
Like when a bird in a chaos gets
shade.
On the peak of nervousness,
I asked her out,
The nerves in my head
Exploded with her name as a shout.
She looked right in my eyes,
They were an ocean of emotions,
She agreed with a small pause,
My heart skipped a beat and next moment was boosted in motion.
On a clear and beautiful night,
walking in the moonlight,
Talking about each other,
I asked her,"should we go further?"
She said,"Yes, we should."
And leaned her head on my shoulder.
It was the best walk of my life.
