she wasn't the kind of girl he saw himself falling in love with.
she was sad.
not the crying and wishing everything would get better kind of sad; because she knew it wouldn't. she was the kind of sad you couldn't take pity of because it just seemed so natural for her to be that way.
he couldn't think of a time where he actually saw her smiling or really doing anything other than biting her nails or tucking her head away in her arms when class started, not even caring if the teacher had to shake her so they could get her attention. she never did her work in class or ask questions about a certain assignment or participate in any group activities.
jungwoo envied her for that.
how could she be so careless over everything? didn't her parents care that she was most likely failing every class? why didn't the teachers ever scold her like they did with everyone else that even thought about laying their head down?
her carelessness was something he had let himself fall in love with over the little time they had spent together.
there were moments where jungwoo had to remind himself that her sadness wasn't something he could've helped, it wasn't something that she willing to let him help.
her sadness was the kind of sadness that never left, even when she did.
( i'm back because jungwoo is too
loveable not to write about like asdfhjf.
this is shit. i am shit. it's what i do.
it's why i'm here. )
