Chapter 7

Woozi's POV

I woke up with someone screaming into my ear telling me to wake up, and I have that look of disgust and horror. Soonyoung with his blushing smiling face was really happy about something and I wanted to know. But Jeonghan was the first one to ask him why he was so bubbly this morning "Soonyoung what happened? What got you in a happy mood so early in the morning?" While covering his eyes from the sun coming through the window. "I GOT A SINGING CONTRACT WITH ONE OF THE BIGGEST ENTERTAINMENT COMPANIES!!!!" The shock on my face was priceless because I've been wishing and praying to get a contract and hopefully get into a group. But the realization hit in that I wasn't that good to begin with and I don't even know how I got into this school. I got up and got a fresh change of clothes and walked out, I quickly changed in the spare bathroom, grabbed my wallet and walked out of my house. Casually hopped onto my bike and rode off thinking about how I can do so much better and getting jealous of other people's success and wishing I could be the same and get things easily.

~Later that day~ <around 3 in the afternoon>

My phone kept ring and ringing; I knew who the ringtone belonged to and it was Soonyoung, the cutest boy and the most handsomest boy ever. But I just can't find myself to be with him now since he's gunna be so busy with trainee practice. Even though him and I are clearly not even a thing, also I've been rejecting him without me even knowing why I hate him. I answer the phone
"Hello?"
"WHERE ARE YOU?!?!?! WERE ALL WORRIED ABOUT YOU!!!!!!"
"Jeonghan knows where I'm at..... Tell him it's a very special place in my heart." Then I hung up the phone and started riding to the ice cream parlor my grandfather owns and happily greeted my grandfather with the biggest smile. I look around the store and it's pretty busy so I quickly run behind the counter and start helping him take ice cream orders so he can rest.

Hoshi's POV

Ever since I told Jihoon that I had gotten a contract to train with an entertainment company, he had been avoiding me. And it wasn't just to get some space. He was intentionally avoiding me. I couldn't get a hold of him for hours, until he finally picked up the phone and gave a terribly vague explanation as to where he was. I told Jeonghan what he had said.

"Oh, I think he means his grandfather's ice cream place! Here, I'll give you the directions."

And that was how I found myself jogging down to the ice cream parlor. It was a fifteen minute walk, but I got there in ten because I was in such a hurry. I wanted to make it in before closing. When I got to the place, there were still a lot of people sitting at benches outside, and there was a line waiting inside. This place is really popular, I thought to myself. I opened the door, which jingled a little, attracting the attention of a pink haired boy behind the counter. He frowned, but turned back to the customer he was serving. As the line moved forward, I thought of what I was going to say to him. It was hard, because I wasn't quite sure what was going on, but by the time everyone in front of me had been served, I came up with something. "Hey."

"Soonyoung, why are you here?"

"Hey, I'm Hoshi now."

"Why are you Hoshi?" His head tilted like a puppy.

"Uh, Hoshi means star! And I'm gonna make you a star, too!" The short boy just looked at me with a puzzled expression. "I'm gonna get you in with that entertainment company. We can be stars together."
