Chapter 1

Hoshi's POV

"Soonyoung hyung, are you going to the party?" asked a loud voice. I turned around to see Seungkwan and Vernon, both second years at Seoul Performing Arts High School. Although they were a year below me, I still considered them my friends. Actually, I considered everyone my friend, since it was true... Well almost everyone.

I shook my head. "I don't think so. I have dance practice later today and homework to do." They nodded and walked away, mumbling about how admirable I was. I didn't know how it had all happened. One day, I walked into the school as a normal freshman. I made some friends, and suddenly everyone was crowding around me like I was some god or something... Once again, almost everyone.

That one person who didn't look up to me the way the others did was Lee Jihoon, and only Lee Jihoon. Actually, not only did he not look up to me, but it looked like he full out disliked me. It annoyed me, but also interested me. He wasn't like all of the others. He was his own person. I noticed the short, pink-haired boy walking into a classroom. He smiled shyly at everyone who looked at him, and I subconsciously smiled back, even though it wasn't directed at me. It never was. Suddenly, the bell rang, and I ducked into my first period class, which happened to have Jihoon.

My seat was only a few rows behind the pink-haired boy, but it was enough to separate us. I was always a few rows behind Jihoon. He was always so close to me, yet so far away. I desperately needed to know more about him. After class, I met up with my friend Seungcheol, or better known by his nickname/future stage name, S.Coups. "Hyung," I said, batting my eyes playfully. "You know that boy Jeonghan? You have class with him, right?"

S.Coups nodded suspiciously. "Soonyoung, I have no idea why you need to know this..."

I continued explaining my plan. "Well, he's friends with Jihoon...the kid who never looks at me. And, well I wanted to learn more about Jihoon, since we never talk. Can you ask Jeonghan if he wants to hang out with you, and if he can bring Jihoon with him?" S.Coups nodded and mumbled about how he always had to do the dirty work, then walked off.

Woozi's POV

Since Jeonghan was waiting for me at the corner of my street, I decided to sneak up on him this morning. Once his back was turned to me I ran up behind him and jumped onto his back like a monkey and screamed in his ear. He screamed on the top of his lungs "JIHOON! what the heck!" I jumped right off of his back and started laughing. Once he glared at me I stopped laughing, and looked away from his hard stare. We started walking to school, and two minutes later Wonwoo comes out of no where and starts messing up my perfectly straight hair and says "Hows my short little pink haired Jihoon?" I glare at him and he starts laughing and sticks his tongue out at me and runs off into the entrance of the school. Jeonghan and I slowly walk inside the school and go to the cafeteria. "Jihoon I have to go, my friends are calling me." he paused then added "Maybe next time I'll try and sit with you. Okay?" I nod and walk to get Gyeongju bread. After I finished the bread, I walked into the the class room and sat at the window seat I usually sit at. Then I glance over to the hallway and see that the most popular guy in school was staring at me. My face turned red and I looked away and thought ' He's probaby judging me right now '

~ When school ends ~

Wonwoo runs into me and says inbetween breaths "I saw Soonyoung looking at you before class." My hand swaps him across the head and I walk away. People have been looking at me all day, and I don't like it. Jeonghan stops me in my tracks and says "Everyone is looking at you. What did you do this time?" I shrug and continue walking down the hall to a dance room no one uses. Jeonghan hung was hot on my tracks and kept asking me questions. Then I hear an unfamiliar voice call my name, so I turn around and see its s.coup. Of course I know his name because he was one of the populars, he caught up to Jeonghan and I, and said "Hey guys, I wanted to know if you wanted to hangout some time?" Jeonghan looks down at me and was about to say something when I cut him off "You go on ahead, I'm okay by myself." I start walking away when Seungcheol stops me and says "I actually want to hangout with you also, and my other friend too." I look at Jeonghan with pleading eyes and hoping he would pick up that I didn't want to go. But instead he put his arm around my neck and says "Sure we'll tag along." And he starts walking with Seungcheol to leave school. Since there walking in front of me I can make a break for it. Once I turn around and run my body slams into someone, and I stumbled backwards.  But before my body hits the ground, the person I bumped into pulls me up into their hard chest and hugs me. Jeonghan pushes him off of me and says "what do you think your doing?! Can't you see he's not comfortable?!" The unknown person lets me go.
