Just a moment ago Jock and Valerie had ended things between them. It was different then and now. She didn't understand as much as she wanted too. She just hoped that this would benifit them both, so they'd find hapiness and wouldn't have any more devestating problems. And now here she was left alone, sitting on the porch where he left her after they fought and after he took all his things and drove off in his old truck that she missed dearly.
She liked the old chevrolet. It brought good memories, but also bad ones, ones of him leaving.
He'd left her like four times already, if that doesn't say they need to be seperated than she doesn't know what else does.
But, she knew in her heart that she'd be in pain for a while, till she began to get use to him gone. And maybe he'd be gone forever, she could never tell.
She missed the smell of his sheets, his pillows. She missed pulling out the clothes and gadgets he stuffed under his bed, missed fixing his room, cleaning his room while he busted some joke about a stupid pick up line. She missed playing GTA with him, missed how everytime he ended up with the whole world on his ass just trying to steal a plane.
She'd mostly miss his cooking, she cooks real good too, but he did too and she'd miss seeing him at the stove, maybe shirtless and smiling at her as she hugged him from behind.
She'd miss his kisses, oh hell yes she would. She would miss the tast of his lips on hers, the touch of his dexterous strong hands, her nail marks on his back after they made it to complete love in the night, the sound of the head board creaking and hitting the wall occasionally, waking up to the sun shinning in on his nude body tangled in the covers around her, and she'd miss it all.
She'd miss his laugh, she'd miss him whispering Daunting things in her ear, miss him trying to pull her clothes off under the blanket as everyone around them seemed ot be paying attention to the movie more than Jock's skillful hands making Val moan into his shirt to keep quiet.
She'd miss him, she'd miss everything about him. Without him here at home, there wasn't much happiness, or fun, because Jock made everyone here happy and made them laugh.
And now it felt as though he took that away also when he drove away, ripping that away from all of them.
And here she was, sitting her. A simple girl.

A few weeks after he had left Valerie, Jock had begun to feel better about leaving. When he left at first he kept wanting to run back into her arms, kiss her into heaven seven times or more. But, now he was getting over the whole thing. And it was for the good, they both agreed it was, he just hoped she was getting over it.
A month later things were great, he had a job as a mechanic in Oklahoma City, and he enjoyed it. And then a women walked in.
Her hair was blond and silky and just looking at it tempted Jock to just go up to the women and twirl her hair around his finger. Her eyes were green like spring and her smile, oh god her smile was so beautiful it was like staring at an angel.
Her curves and her breasts were just a bonus, Jock was so tempted to pull her into his office and take her against the desk, for hours. He could almost hear her crying his name.
Then she laughed and the laugh was what made him feel like he was a pool of goo on the floor.
"Hello," the women said staring at the man behind the desk who looked like he just saw a tower of gold.
"Hello," she said again.
Jock swore he saw her mouth moving, and he was sure he looked like a boy staring at a TV screen for hours. He hoped he was slobering up an ocean.
