Why did she hang up on me? This little bitch..

I went to her contact and tried FaceTiming her again. I hope I didn't make her sad or something. I mean I tried talking to her but she just wouldn't listen to what I had to say. I decided to text Lauren since Emma wouldn't answer. She answered almost immediately.

Lauren: Hii

Me: sup

Lauren: Nothin really.. u?

Me: nothin. is Emma answering u?

Lauren: Ya why?

Me: cuz I FaceTimed her and she hung up on me and didn't answer since

Lauren: Why?

Me: well she was doin "somethin" so I FaceTimed her to ask her y or to see if she was fine

Lauren: Is she fine?

Me: no

Lauren: I'll talk to her ok? :)

Now I'm worried. Like even though I'm "popular" in school, I can care for "unpopular" people too. I don't have any true friends besides Skyler and a boy named Griffin. Griffin and Skyler are my only "popular" friends,I actually like hanging out with Lauren and Emma more than the popular people. This is only because they actually talk to me rather than try to get all over me.

Lauren copied and pasted what Emma sent her when Lauren asked "what's wrong?" and she said:

"I just hate living. I know it's not your fault, but it's no ones fault. Is it? I mean if it's anyone's, then it's my dad's because he hates my presence and I wouldn't blame him. I'm surprised that you, and Ashley even talk to me. Or that anyone even talks to me. Like Wade.. I have no clue on why he talks to me because I'm just a fuck up. Who would ever wanna date me when they would just find out that I'm insane? Or that I cut? If you were a dude.. would you wanna date me when you found out I was insane? No. I know you wouldn't. So let me just stay in my whole of misery and live my stupid ass life alone forever."

Wow. I don't even know what to say to this. I didn't really know that she felt this way. I know that she really likes Skyler, and Skyler is just one of those guys that likes to play with a girls heart. If he really knew how Emma felt.. then I know that he would probably be a dick about it and just mess with her heart even more.

Skyler's P.O.V.

Wade's been talking about Emma a lot lately around me. I mean.. I know she likes me and all.. but that's her problem. I've only been nice to her because I don't like when people cut. But I actually think that she's cutting for the attention.

A lot of girls cut for others attention and Emma seems like one of the people that would do that. She acts all depressed and stuff but I know she's really not. I bet if I asked Wade why Emma cuts, he's gonna make a big deal about it or something saying "she's depressed" or "you don't know her so don't judge".

I don't care if it seems like I'm being a dick about it, but I only like this girl named Elise. She's nice, but she doesn't like me.. even though I'm popular and good looking.

Next time I go over Wade's house or go to Emma's house with Wade, I'll be nice to Emma, and I bet she'll think I like her. That's just how I like it.
