"Click" goes the tv in town square. The big screen finally comes to life. There I stand waiting for President Snow to come one. As i wait I take in my surrondings. Next to me stands my little sister Martha squeezing my hand tighly. Next to her stand my mother and father whispering in each others ear. I turn my head back to the screen. In the next two minutes President Snow finally makes an apperence.
" As you know" He starts " this years hunger games are a quarter quell. Now this year from each district will volenteer a family of four." After that the tv shuts off. I look at my parents and see them hugging each other. Next I look to my sister. Silent tears run down her cheeks. I take her hand again which she dropped during the speack and lead her home. Once we arrive I put her to bed and climb in myself. Tommorow is going to be a long day I thought to myself
