My life has centered around someone else's ideas. Religion, school, even hope. Nothing was my own creation. How could it be? The current society plagued by unworthy leaders who preach their venom into the minds of the innocent. It wasn't until my Father died that I removed myself from the current of the brainwashed.

I started my quest when I was 19 years old. I followed the living rule book, to an extent. Up until my father died. Now I follow my own rules. Here are my rules:
1. Stay unnoticed. Only be open when looking for supplies in towns.
2. Keep your journal close at all times. No exceptions.
3. Keep no one close. Everyone can, and will betray you.
4. Keep your one goal.
That's it. Stay away, keep your notes, don't get close, stay focused. That's all you need. I have survived 2 years like that. I was 155 pounds when I started this journey. I am currently 125. All of my weight has been muscle. I have not had enough sustenance. I am properly hydrated. I have three sets of clothes. Winter clothes, Traveling clothes, and Town clothes. I cannot look like Hell when I bring myself into proper territory. It is a costly habit, but it pays for itself. I look like a well respected gentleman when I use these clothes.
Many people argue that I am not realistic for survival. I totally agree. I plan to end up dead and hung for treason. This practice was re-initiated 20 years ago. Oh, did I forget to mention that it is currently 2114? Sorry. Many Old World polocies have been renewed. Hanging, open courtrooms, theft being illegal, etc. We have only made one change since then. We make all crimes legal, every 25 years. We ran out of food in 2067. Due to overpopulation, of course. Since then, every 25 years, there is a crime-forgotten day. I thankfully have not been alive for any of these days.

We have had multiple apocalypses since 2015, when the first apocalypse started. It was a religious flashback. Locusts. Fucking locusts.
Here is a list of all the apocalypses since 2015.
Locusts, Ebola, Spanish Flu, Anarchy, Zombies, Starvation, and now Religious battles.
Think the world's been through enough? We've had fifteen meteors the size of Maine, Former United States, smash into the surface. And now, we have the great idea of making war. Do you see why I despise this war?
Though my decision may be based on opinions, I have standard facts, and you must agree with that.
