I grabbed my suitcase and stuffed everything I found important into it. Searching through my mom's old bedroom, I find a small box. Which I know contains a few credit cards and family photos. Maybe mom actually did care about me in a way...she did leave money. Overall I have: 7 shirts, 5 pairs of pants, 9 pairs of socks, 7 boxers, 2 jackets, 2 hats, 4 credit cards (one being mine), laptop, my phone, chargers, camera, and a one way ticket to New York. I'll buy more stuff when I get to my destination. For now I need to go to school and ask when I can graduate. I have all my credits, so it shouldn't be hard.
They made me sign a few papers, and kept asking why I was in such a hurry. I never answered...they also gave me a cheap diploma. I could honestly care less about. School starts in half an hour and I'm already out of the door heading to the airport. It's time for me to start over. A new me. A new life.
New York here I come!
