Puppies

Soarin's POV

I woke up to something poncing on my stomach. I open my eyes just to see a pair of beautiful magenta eyes.  Dashie all of a sudden starts yelling "It's puppy day!" over and over again. Then she notices that I am awake and says " Soarin don't you remember that we're getting a puppy today." Then it hit me a week ago I told dashie that we're getting a puppy because she loves them the most next to sports, skittles, and me of course. She has been asking for one ever since we moved into a place together. 

Subsequently, i say " we will pick him up after we take a shower; you don't want to make a bad impression, do you, dashie?"  Her eyes widened as she rushed to the shower. After a minute, she asked, "is the puppy a he?" as she peeked out from the shower curtain. "Yes, he is " I replied. She squealed and went back to doing her business.

Rainbow's POV

Soon after finishing my bath, I got into the car along with Soarin as we drove to the shelter to get our little puppy.  I think it's the one that flutters is volunteering at. 

When we got there I opened the car door and waited for  Soarin at the entrance. Once he got out I literally dragged him into the shelter.  He told me to close my eyes. So I did. As soon as heard him say to open my eyes I did as they met with large brown ones. I examined the rest of the puppy wordless to how cute he was. 

And the breed of the puppy was easy to identify. I mean, how many dogs have golden fur and big dark brown eyes? I only know one.  Golden Retrievers!!!! Soarin must have picked the breed out because he knows that golden retrievers are my first favorite and huskies are my second. 

I picked the little guy up and said, " HE IS SO CUTE!!!!!!" I looked up at Soarin and said thank you over and over again; well I am very thankful to have such amazing BF. I kissed on the cheek and hugged our new puppy. 

 Then I realized that I didn't know what his name was. So I asked. Soarin told me that it was up to me. Then I immediately responded the name " Buddy" that name because I've always wanted to name my first dog that. 

Soarin's POV

Dashie looked so happy and adorible on the ride home she kept on talking about how cute he is and how thankful she is. Half way through the drive my little baby fell asleep. She looked so cute. Budy also fell asleep in the back of the car.

When we got home i shoke my baby awake becuase didn't whant to risk droping her or Budy when carrying them in side. She got up and insitated on carrying Budy even tho she was half asleep. But that didn't make me not worry,well that much i guess yet i sill kept a eye on her.

A few days later.....

Still Soarin's pov

A few days past and rain has taken care of Budy pretty well. One day i was just waching tv and whent to check on my little dashie and budy because the house is quiet i found her sleeping next budy who was asleep in his own bed. I slowly pick rainbow up and put her in bed and also climbed in as well. I kissed her head and huged her tightly.
