Growing up in the eastside of little rock Arkansas things weren't always great. Takeria made a vow with her best friend that when she turned 18 she was moving to Atlanta, Georgia to get away from it all. And pursue her dream of becoming a model and an exotic dancer.
As for August he had it bad in downtown new Orleans. He moved to Atlanta to get away just like Takeria but when they meet will they have love or will it be ups and Downs between them?
chapter 1
*Takeria's POV*
last day of 12th grade was the best. I was finally getting away. away from the school, away from the kids, and most importantly away from little rock. i promised my bestfriend kyra that when I turned 18 I was leaving little rock. and it turned out kyra wanted to come with me.
When I got home I immediately started packing my clothes. me and kyra already found a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment right in Atlanta. When I finished packing I made my way to Kyras house to pick her and get to the airport. When I arrived at her house already knew she was still sleep. I was outside honking my horn for about 10 minutes. "I told this bitch to be ready damn" I said to myself. After I came to conclusions that this thot was still sleep I just went and knocked on the Door. After about 3 knocks she FINALLY came to the door. "bitch I been out here for like 20 fucking minutes, is yo shit ready we gone miss the flight" I angrily said to her "damn hoe I'm ready hold on lemme go get my bags". Once we got all her bags in the car we headed to the airport.
The flight wasnt long but when we landed I was hella sleepy and so was kyra. We picked up the car we bought down here and we headed to our apartment. When we got there I waas speechles, it was beautiful. Two bedrooms both was big, two full bathrooms, a living room, Beautiful kitchen, and a balcony that looks over downtown Atlanta. "dudeeee im sleepy as hell but I really wanna hit a club up" kyra excitedly said to me "girl, I know this club called Mansion saw it on bad girls club thats were we going" "ight cool lets get dressed".
