Derek's POV'
"So until when you're going to keep this up"? What exactly happen that day, because this is not you Angel. He questioned as he enter to my office.

"What are you talking about Derek"? I asked him confuse while still reviewing the papers that I have in front of me.

Oh for god sakes Angel!!! I mean if I wasn't your friend since kids, I'll for sure wouldn't known when your laying to me, An here I'm thinking you trusted me. He said sarcastically.

"Please don't come to me with that sarcastic shit Derek". You know damn well I trust you but sometimes it's best to keep things from you honestly,  An by the way, you win.

"What do you mean I win"? Don't tell me that Ellie blow you off? Oh god is this true, is this really happening did Angel Santino the most desires man by girls actually got rejected?! He spoked in a sarcastic tone.

"No that's not the case at all, If you ask me. I still have it my dear friend, what is really happening is that I think, I'm stared to like her and that, I don't do Derek" and you know that.
¡I don't even know how that happened! What I do know is that she is different, she makes me become a better person that I didn't even know I could be and honestly, she makes me happy, she is so different from all the other girls that I have known, but anyway is not like you care? if lately you haven't even been around, you're always out and you never have time anymore.
Oh Now that we mentioned that why is it that your always so busy lately? I asked curiously.

Oh, it's nothing. I'm just making sure everything is fine, that we actually made a good deal you know with the Chicago Mob. He responded nervously.

"Yeah sure that's what it is", like you said, if I didn't know you, I wouldn't even know when your lying to me, but don't worry, I'll find out sooner or later what's going on with you.

Nothing is wrong with me Angel, but I'm worried about you. So are you going to tell me what happen that night with that girl name Ellie? He asked serious.

Well nothing bad happen, honestly it was one of the best dates I had ever been Derek, not that I been in many of them but anyway. We only talk and honestly the time went like minutes to me. Another thing that never happens to me before, I'm always the one who ends the night, but this time I just didn't wanted for that night to end.
She's kind, her parents did a wonderful job raising her. Is so easy to open up to her and that scares me because you know I don't do that, but with her I just  do without even trying Derek, I can't keep seeing her. "Is for her own good".
That night after dinner and the long talk, she needed to go back home. So I drive her back home and I'm telling you, I should have left immediately but instead I walk her all the way to her door and there is when I couldn't stop my self from kissing her.

"Oh Mate, honestly If it wasn't for you telling me I wouldn't believe it from anyone else, sounds like your in trouble you're falling in love with her", but if you are then why are you avoiding her?
Angel give your self a chances to love and be love, you can't be alone for the rest of your life.
Mate your like a brother to me and as a brother I telling you to give your self a chance with her.

Derek you know I don't do that, love is weakness. You know damn well that in my world that is not allow unless you want that person to end up dead.
Even if I'm falling for her, she is better without me in her life. I reply angrily hoping hi'll drop the conversation and just forget about it.

Look Angel you should've think about that before all of this happen, you're part of her life already even if you don't want to.
You better at least go apologize to her, honestly if I was her, I would be cussing you out in this right moment. First you ask her on a date, then kiss her and then just disappear  without no explanation.
You know I got to go I'll be back soon just need to finish some reports and hopefully when I come back you have made a decision about what do mate.

"(He is right I own her an apology for just disappear with out any explanation, I just hope she isn't so mad at me I mean it's been 3 weeks since the date)".

you should at least go and apologize to her for just vanished without saying anything to her.
If I was her I would be wondering what happen and disappointed as well, just thinking what did I did wrong. He said hesitated.

Mate you don't think I have tried to apologize for my stupidity, I had but every time i do I just can't. I have pass the cafe so many times but I'm scared to face her, I fucked up bad and now I don't know how to face her Derek. I said with frustration while i took a sit on my office chair and taking a deep breath.

Well Ángel as your friend I think you should at least go and apologize to her as I had told you before,if not today do it as soon as possible before she meets someone else, well I'm leaving now but please think about it and make a decision. He said closing the door behind him.

I new he was right about everything he have said,but for some reason when he said that he could find someone else,it affected my thoughts, I needed to talk to her. Before she forgets about that night, our night.
