Chapter 18

Evie's point of View: An hour later!
We are on our way home and everyone is talking.
                     Me.          Si
        Thomas.    Mandy    Eric
        Lala.    Lola.     Lexi.     Hollie  
I have my head resting against the window, we pull in to the drive way. Everyone starts jumping out and Mandy opens my door. "Can I go on a walk?" I ask Mum. "Um yeah, if you want do you want someone to come with you?" Mum says and I really want her to come with me. I nod my head and she takes my hand. "Si, Evie and I are going on a walk, please could you make a start on lunch?" Mum asks. "Course darling enjoy!" Si says giving Mum and I a kiss on the head.

Simon's point of view:
The kids are sat in the dinning room, not leaving me or each other. I stood in the kitchen and look over to the living room and I can't my mind off what happened in there. "Dad, are you okay?" Lala says standing next to me grabbing my hand. "This house, it's just not the same!" I say turning to look at Lala. "I know dad, but we couldn't move we have only just got settled and what about Mum and Evie?" Lala says being the grown up. "Let's just have a quick look!" I say and we all sit at the dinning room table while Mandy and Evie were out. "Look at that one!" I say.

"That living room is big" Lala says

"Mandy will love that kitchen!" I say.

"And that dinning room!" I say.
