Everyone here will tell you this is an impeccable place with splendid people. But Luckily for me i'm not as idiotic as the rest, I can see the obscurity in the small town of Oak Forest. It all started June 15th, when the first tragedy happened the death of mister perfect Ash Rodgers. Ash was the kind of guy people like me would stay distant from. He was the school jock, the richie, the school bully, but most importantly the eldest kin of the town mayor. Sadly not even the most beloved people were out of reach of this barbour's world. He was found out in mountain high woods hanging by his neck, bizarre things is he never left a note.
The scene was a monstrosity his face ocean blue and midnight black, I've see a lot of dead corpses in my minimal life but his was peculiar from the rest. It was an image that could never in a lifetime be unseen. The body was sent to perform an autopsy on and then pampered for the closed casket funeral. What we didn't know is that much time would pass before a funeral was set.
The day after the tragic event the vibe all around town was depressing and mournful, even on the south side or as people would call it here the wolf territory. In two weeks school would start and we would have to move on. Those two weeks were quite many moved on but the ones who didn't would stay in that dark hallway for months. The School of Forest high was quite fro any stranger who saw it but the inside was hectic you were either the butcher or the sheep. Many got butchered and beat by the shepherd but other could run and hide but not forever. The first day of school was chaos, everyone ran from class to class, people hid from jocks in the bathroom, but most importantly everyone made way for Scarlet Rodgers. Yep you heard that right Scarlet Rodgers, Ash's younger sister. As she walked down the hallway people stared, gossiped,apologized, or stayed quiet. She had been the one to find him, probably the most traumatized out of all the people who saw him.
