The party was finally happening. I stood on the stairs watching. ,"ladies and gentleman my brother elijah."I watched as he walked into the room alvira on his arm. She looked ravishing in a black ballgown. Her long hair flowing down her back. I smiled as they walked together. I had never seen my brother so happy. I smiled hoping that one day I would feel that way one day. They danced together as the music played. I couldn't help but wonder if they really loved each other. however I knew in the back of my mind it was a silly question.

I sat taking a swig of my drink. Watching my brother. The look on his face it was foreign to him. He had never loved. I had felt it once. Davina. I felt my self saddened by her memory. The hunger I felt tore me apart. I still struggle with it on a daily basis. I killed the woman I loved. And I could never go back to that. The doors opened I saw the brothers. They were standing either side of a girl I assumed was elena. I turned away. I walked towards her she smiled. I exhaled sharply "you look lovely tonight darling" She smiled as I kissed her hand "you don't look so body yourself kol" I smiled nodding. I was about to walk away when I stopped. I knew it would be a long shot however I decided to proceed "sorry. Would you like to dance... with me" her smile dropped I nodded looking at my feet about to walk away "I see" I turned around "kol. Wait" I looked at her. "I would love to dance... with you" I smiled for a second taking her hand as I lead her to the floor. I placed my hands on her waist her arms around my neck I smiled looking at her. "What is it" I said she giggled slightly "you brothers and mine are talking" I chuckled listening myself. "I honestly thought the girl had more taste than our brother. Damon you don't look very happy" klaus spoke. I chuckled "they really don't like us dancing" She shook her head "it's only a dance." It hurt slightly. We continued to move together "i was surprised you accepted my invitation to dance love" She bit her lip. "I wasn't going to. I was planning on avoiding you tonight" I chuckled. The son ended I smiled letting go. "Thank you for the dance darling. Have a lovely night" She nodded. "You too kol" She walked away I sighed watching her. "Kol. So this is my awnser to that" the adrenaline surged through my body as I turned to lillth "I do apologise darling" with that I kissed her. She seemed shocked at first then she kissed back. I pulled her waist into me more shocked than she was at first. The whole room faded away. I'd only felt that with one person. Someone pulled her away. I opened my eyes seeing Damon. She smirked at me as they brothers dragged her put of the room. Mine done the same.
