Besides, to evolve a Riolu, you need high friendship so when you get that kind of close bond, that Lucario will be loyal to you. Like me. When we get close enough and I consider you family, I'll protect you with my life. Ask any of my friends. I'd be happy to give my life for them if that's what it took, I only hope they return the favor.
But being loyal to you isn't permanent.
