the ray of sunshine took a few deep breaths before running a hand through his hair, his brown locks flopping back down on his forehead.
hoseok had now realised how warm he was underneath all these layers, his soft wollen scarf plush against his rosy cheeks and his slightly bony hands covered by gloves.
hoseok pushed on the cafe door and walked in, a smile plastered on his face as he spotted yoongi sat by the window seat.
a waitress came up to him and asked him if seating was required, to which he politely declined and pointed at the table at which the blonde boy sat, stating he was here for him. the waitress nodded and moved to the side and said she would be over shortly with a menu.
hoseok walked over to the small rectangular table behind which yoongi sat. the older of the two stood up and walked over to the side of the table, his gummy smile not leaving his face. once hoseok had walked over to him, he was surrounded by yoongi's arms as he was pulled into a tigh hug, his arms wrapping around the older's neck as yoongi's arms wrapped around his waist.
hoseok was the first to speak
'i missed you'
'i missed you too'
hoseok rested his head on yoongi's shoulder, smothering his nose into the space between the older's neck and shoulder and breathed in his scent.
he smelled faintly like chocolate and coffee.
yoongi did the same, leaning his head on hoseok's, his cheek falling against hoseok's soft brown hair.
hoseok smelled like roses and sweet things and all the lovely things yoongi could think of.
both of the boys had the same thought at that exact moment;
this was where they wanted to stay forever.
