Halloween Ball

Halloween was coming and she was quickly learning of Amy's love for the Holiday. Fake cobwebs were decorated everywhere. Grinning Jack-O-Lanterns grinned merrily, skulls bearing real candles, skeletons placed statically.

  Black cats could be found randomly while the ceiling was decorated with spider webs and dangling black  spiders. Bat's and ravens moved in circles, orange and black honeycomb tissue balls with tassels were hung.

  Even in foyer the large grand chandler had a giant black spider hanging from it. "You haven't seen anything yet, wait till you try her food," Kurt added as he helped set up the ghost paper lantern decorations.

Days later she saw the foyer was completely different. Large long tables covered in pumpkin orange with black spider webs streaking across. A giant witch's cauldron held the Apple Cider while others held cookie cats. Red apples had become stag-like with their twig accessories.

  Pumpkin pie, sweet potato pie and even an apple pie, jell-o candy corn and so many other treats. "She really brings out the Treat in Trick or Treat, huh," Kurt's voice remarked. Turning she saw he has wearing some sort of Vampire costume.

   It was a secret Halloween Costume party, Amy had decided. "You look really good," Kurt added as he looked at her witch costume. "Thanks, you look good too," She added as she adjusted her hat.

"Amanda, what do you think ?" Amy asked as she approached them with a tray fully of chocolate looking cupcakes. In the middle it was green with it's own green pearls studded to look like bubbles. " Chocolate Cauldron Cupcakes," Amy replied with a secretive smile.

 "Amanda, could you get the Melted Witch Pudding ?" Amy asked as she set down her tray to reveal a Queen of Hearts costume.

The song Let it Rock blared while everyone danced and have fun.  Dyani and her twin brother flew above in the shapes of crows and ravens. The two took advantage of their looks, Dyani was a Egyptian Queen while Red Bear was a Chief.

   Black Deer, Dyani had told her was her real name earlier. "Dyani means Deer," She had explained while sipping on Apple Cider.

 "Hey ! personal space !" Kurt yelped. She noticed Kitty had half fazed through her. "Sorry, my ears came off." Kitty bent down to grab her panther ears. Yep Shadow Cat was dressed like a big black cat.

 Before Kurt could reply another song came up. Starved by Hailee Steinfeld. "I love this song," Kitty shouted as she danced away as the song began.

Looking around she saw Remy, dressed as a pirate waltz with Amy.

At this Kurt gather her for a waltz. Twirling her he spun her gently before dipping.

Glancing she saw all the others pair up and dance. Even the little kids copied their elders but without the dipping.
