"What the hell just happened?!" Daisy questioned raising her voice as it echoed in the empty parking lot.

"I-I don't know" I kept my eyes locked on the closed door still hearing the screams and the police sirens.

"Well we should get home anyways it's already midnight" She suggested checking her phone.

I simply nodded as she led me to her car. The car ride was pretty quiet since we were both too shaken up to even mutter a word. When I got inside the house shutting the door behind me as quietly as possible slowly taking off my heels holding them in my hands tip toeing towards the stares that were just inches away when the lights suddenly flipped on stopping me dead in my tracks.

"Where have you been young lady?" I heard my dad's strict voice ask from behind me. I slowly turned around in sight of my parents standing in front of me with their arms crossed over the chest standing in the same position.

"I was with Daisy" I simply told them hoping they would just leave it at that.

"Gosh you smell like alcohol" my mother retorted pinching her noise to block out the horrible stench.

"Take a shower and go to bed, we'll talk about this in the morning" Dad instructed, I nodded turning on my heels and running up the wooden spiral stairs.

I awakened by the loud irritating sound of my ear bleed alarm clock going off. It was Sunday just a whole day until Monday...great. Yesterday nothing really happened, my parents talking about that night on Friday and I told them the whole truth starting with my break up with Theo to the gun shots to me getting home. This only got me grounded for the weekend since they felt bad because of the break up and was worried and glad I was still alive.

After taking a quick shower drying my hair off and straightening it as it led down my back straight as a needle.

I walk to my closet and slipped on a white v-neck knitted sweater with black leggings along with my light brown uggs.

I walked downstairs and straight into the kitchen to find my parents dressed in their business suits.

"Ah good you're up..." Dad spoke up as he gathered all his papers. "Your mother and I are actually heading out right now...we have to attend an emergency meeting and won't be back until Wednesday"

"Wha- But you just got back" I protested.

"Sweetie we have to go" My mom interrupted kissing my forehead before passing me to get to the door as dad did the same and before I knew it they were out of my sight.

I pushed the thought of my parents never being home and how now I have to take care of the test object and another instantly popped into my head. I had a writing assignment due tomorrow and I got nothing done.

I walked to my room pulling out my laptop setting it down on my bed taking a seat in front of it turning it on. 'The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones' I typed. I continued to type every word that just popped into my head. The assignment had to be at least three pages long and I had only got one page done.

As I typed I felt a weird sensation like I was being watched. I looked around my room finding everything in its place. But that's when I was suddenly grabbed from the back a strong arm wrapping around my stomach and another slapped over my mouth with a cloth. I struggled through the two large arms trying to slip out of the person type grip but it was no use but that didn't stop me, I kept trying until I felt my eyes start to get heavier and heavier and my bones becoming weaker and before I knew it everything went black.

My eyes slowly fluttered open my vision still a little blurry. I could here two men arguing near me. One of them sounded like Harry but I couldn't make out the other one.
