Chapter 7-Piper

I'm sorry I haven't updated in FOREVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will you all ever forgive me? c:

I'll try to start updating faster, I guess I'm just afraid I'll run out of ideas.

But yeah, ENOUGH OF THE SUSPENCE!!! AN EASTER PRESENT TO YOU ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (late Easter present)

''Now lady Gaea would like to make her first wish.'' 

Those words rang into her head, as if they were a set of bells. Even though it was cold outside, she could feel a bead of sweat trailing from her forhead. 

''You don't have to do this,'' Annabeth spoke, with confident.

The monsters laughed. ''Actually we do. Now, if you interupt us again, we will make you into stew.''

Suddenly, a voice from behind me spoke. ''Actually, you don't.'' All three girls were greeted by the presence of Percy, Jason, Leo, and Frank. The one who just spoke was Percy. All 4 boys had dirt covering their faces, and they were all holding big sticks. 

The cyclopes burst into a cruel fit of laughter. ''You're going to defeat us....with big sticks?"'

Leo made an ''in and out'' motion with his stick, which was the smallest out of all of theirs, ''Well soon these 'big sticks' will be going threw you.'' 

I mentally face palmed myself. Count on Leo to annoy any kind of monster, I thought.  Then again, I couldn't help but admire his confidence. 

The Cyclopes made the worst growling noise in their throats. ''Θα πεθάνεις ένα οδυνηρό θάνατο, ημίθεους. You will die a painful death, demigods.''

There was that word again, ''Demigods.'' 

''Hairy people with one eye.'' Leo muttered.

''We are Cyclopes!'' One roared, now even more angered. 

''Ugly 'Cyclopes'''

''You will be the first one to help us try out our ''Demigod-stew!''

Leo turned pale. ''Uh..Just think about how bad that will be for you all. I don't even taste good-''

The leader opened his mouth to reveal yellow teeth, mixed with lots of other stuff. It was too hard to keep looking at him, considering his teeth was letting out a terrible smell. Like rotten fish, and garbadge. But worse. 

The leader snapped his fingers, and as quick as a snap, they were all standing behind all 4 boys, with a sharpened stick pointing towards their hearts. Their weapon/sticks, were lying broken in pieces on the ground. 

''Care to make another sarcastic comment, demigod?'' 

Leo paused a moment before saying, ''Well, actually I would love too. But it's kinda hard with your terrible-breath blowing in my face. Man, what did your mother feed you?''

''What about your mom?'' 

They all knew Leo didn't live with his mom, and had an Aunt that didn't even care about him. We never asked him why, but we could tell by the hurt in his eyes, that she was in a better place. 

Those monsters had nerves.

Leo started shaking, and Percy stepped in front of him, as if to show he would protect him; which they all knew he would. They were no heores from a book, that would have no problem defeating villians, but they were definetly heroes. 

''Now, any last words, Demigods?''

Percy opened his mouth as if to say something, but one of the other cyclopes beat him to it. 

''Night, night, tasty half-bloods.''

And they fell into darkness.
