Japan was planning to betray America. Japan and The United States were planning to become allies, however Japan was only doing it to get close to the United States. So Japan could strike on the United States base, Pearl Harbor. Japan did it so it could prevent The United States from joining the War.

North Korea's jaw clenched with pain.

A scream pierced the room, echoing along the walls. North Korea's stomach was pressed up against the table, his arm twisted behind his back. A tall male with shoulder length blond hair was pinning him against the table. North Korea's cheek pressed against the cool brown wood, his eyes flashing.

"Do you want to try that again?" A French male's voice whispered smoothly into North Korea's ear. The North Korean stiffened, his body releasing a heavy breath.

"France, go easy on him." China's voice sounded right next to his ear. "He's just nervous."

France snorted, his stomach pressed up against North Korean's arched back. "Oh, please. He knew perfectly well of what he was saying. Don't you?" The French man pushed North Korea's breath out of his body.

North Korea grunted faintly. "Shut up, it was an innocent accident." North Korea replied sharply. Can this French man not take a joke?

France gave North Korea a death glare, before pulling away from the shorter male. North Korea stood up shakily, sighing heavily. North Korea had said to France that he would nuke England if the Frenchman continued to flirt in front of the nations in the middle of the meeting. France got angry and punched North Korean's stomach, then pinned him against the table. North Korea should keep his mouth shut more often. Idiot. He thought as he dusted himself off. Can't he just take a joke?

As North Korea sat down, England cleared his throat. "I hope I don't see any more of that behavior in this meeting hall again." The British male said in a slow tone. "If we can start and have a proper meeting this time, that would be excellent."

America snorts. "Eyebrows, this is France we're talking about. We can't have a proper meeting with him."

"Ohononon ~!"

"Hm, true. Alright, would anyone like to start this?" England glanced at North Korea. "You?"

North Korea felt his mouth dry. What do I talk about in World Meetings? Hm, I suppose the topic. He stood up and walked to the front of the long table. Tomorrow my Meeting is with the Asian nations. Hopefully I won't be with South Korea. South Korea and North Korea haven't spoken in a while, which is perfectly fine with North Korea. However, South Korea would probably be begging to speak with North Korea- if he found out the North Korean was here. He probably did. News travels quite quickly around here.

North Korea stood beside a tall white board, his eyes scorching the Nations. His dull brown eyes landed on a certain nation, who gave him a warm smile. "Now, I have come to the meetings for the first time in a few years." North Korea started.

"Few years? It was decades since he came." Snorted a nation, one that North Korea couldn't pinpoint.

"My Dear Leader has decided to allow me to come to this one, because it is much closer to my nation." North Korea pursed his lips. "I am not nervous about this, and I am already learning  the Chinese language."

Flick

What was that? North Korea paused, but ignored it and continued on. "I will not be telling all my nations secrets to you, nor do I intend to even be speaking about my nation at all. However, I will respond back to questions as best as I could."
