Nathan:

            There was a knock on the door. I was on the couch, debating whether or not to get up and answer it. Tom was in the shower, so I doubt he even heard it. The doorbell rang a couple times and I decided to assume it was the post,

“Nathan, get the door!” Tom shouted from the shower

            With a sigh, I pushed myself up from the comfy spot on the couch and walked over to the front door. I didn’t even think to look through the peep hole; I just unlocked it and opened it. I knew it wouldn’t be the lads, they each have their own key and don’t even bother knocking, they just barge in if they want. I pulled the door back and my jaw practically hit the floor.

            Standing there was a fit young girl with long, wavy, dark brown or maybe black hair. She had large doe-like eyes and light pink lips. Her skin was slightly tanned and she was short, her head reaching just about my cheekbones. She looked at me innocently. Looking her over again, I saw she was actually very cute. She had a few child-like features, but still held a matureness to her.

“H-hi” I stuttered, staring with wide eyes at her

“Hi” she said “I’m looking for Tom…Parker?” she asked

            She had a distinct American accent, it was cute. Her voice was like a thousand small bells ringing in perfect harmony. Due to her small size, I would have assumed she had a higher pitched voice. It slightly resembled Nicole Scherzinger’s tone.

“Uh…T-Tom…someone’s…here for you” I said, slowly, calling down the corridor, but my eyes never leaving her

She smiled coolly, maybe nervously

“What?” Tom asked, appearing in the doorway, wet hair, with only a towel draped around his waist

“Is this a bad time?” she asked, brushing a strand of hair behind her ears

            I had to admit, that killed me a bit. She looked like a sweet girl, harmless, innocent, yet had a mysteriousness to her. I noticed Tom’s eyes went wide,

“Tori?” he asked

She nodded sweetly

            He let out a laugh, before using one hand to hold the towel in place around his hip while stepping forward and wrapping his other arm around her, pulling her inside the house,

“Close the door, Nath, there’s a bloody draft” he said, still with his arm around her

I did as I was told

“Wait, lovely…let me get some clothes on” Tom said, darting down the corridor

            We were left in an awkward silence. She seemed to be looking around the room, barely paying any attention to me,

“Can I make you some tea…o-or something?” I asked

            She turned to me and smiled, her teeth a brilliant shade of white and fairly straight. I couldn’t stop staring at her, it must’ve started creeping her out, hopefully not

“Yeah…thanks” she nodded

            I nodded towards the kitchen and she hesitantly followed. She leaned against the counter as I put the kettle on. I didn’t know what to say as I could see from the corner of my eye she was still looking around,
